Restaurant was very comfortable and lay back despite the high quality of food. Not the biggest place but very well situated. Food was excellent, fresh and cooked to perfection. Full bar, as well and great wine list. Very enjoyable dining experience.

Wonderful meal . Terrific variety of flavors and colors among pasta dishes, appetizers, entrees and salads . Charming, attentive service offering sound menu advice. Highly recommended. And for the level of quality, Risibisi is a great value as well. Below, from upper left, the splendid, rich gnocchi with wild boar ragout; the perfect spaghetti carbonara with pancetta and duck egg; an imaginative seasonal pumpkin ravioli with chard; a best-of-class orecchiette with sweet peppers and fennel pork sausage; and a light, delightful ensalata mista alongside a pair of the killer fluffy pork and ricotta meatballs. Lots of sharing. Dessert was out of the question.

We go to Risibisi for every special occasion. The food is so good; the service is excellent and it's a comfortable place to dine. Love Risibisi!

Started off well. Meatball appetizers were good, though some skillet browning good make them a less bland texture. Prosciutto brushetta was good. But, two of us had the spaghetti vongole, served with shell on plate. Firstly, there was a lot of sand on the plate!! Anytime you get this type of dish, a little grit can happen. But, this was ridiculous! Both plates. Full of sand! And, secondly, my plate had a sizable rock mixed in with the clams! I showed it to the waiter and suggested he show it to the kitchen. I didn't ask for a thing. But this is where I felt compelled to write the review. They did nothing! No one came out to talk to us. They didn't say "we're sorry for this unfortunate oversight." They did not acknowledge it in anyway! That's inexcusable.

Delightful surprise to find this neighborhood gem in Petaluma. The main dining room is vibrant and cheerful with locals, while the back room is very quiet and romantic for special occasions. Not a large wine list, but selection is very good. Local fare.

We had a wonderful meal. Locally sourced, produced in-house, excellent dishes. The wild boar gnocchi was absolutely outstanding, and the service was extremely caring. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Great space, unique tables and food was great! The homemade pasta was fantastic and the leftovers were delicious.

Enjoyed the gnocchi with pesto and the penne puttanesca. Nice portion size, great flavors and great service. Will definitely return again.

We had a nice dinner Sat eve of the HOT Labor Day weekend. The service was excellent. Owner was very conscience of the heat and his guest. The food prepared very well. Salmon was cooked to perfection, Gnocci very nice and shrimp ravioli, very light and tasty.

Food wa s OK to really good. One pasta dish was bland and the salmon was very tasty. Cocktails were outstanding but expensive.

Had a wonderful meal at Risibisi with my fiancee, the duck salad was nice and crisp and the pasta was phenomenal, al dente to perfection. Service was very attentive without being overbearing as well, would highly recommend for a good meal - they definitely deserve their Bib Gourmand from the Michelin guide.

Risibisi is always good. Great friendly service. We had risotto with fresh salmon and peas.

Food was tasty. I had the Gnocchi Wild Boar. The gnocchi were super soft and pillowy and the raging tasted fresh. The service felt a little slow (drinks can after the salads arrived). Not sure of the backup was the bar or the service. Sat in the back room so the noise was a good level. Definitely not as loud as the front room where you enter. Would recommend to others!

We order three appetizer and one came within 5 minutes (carpaccio) and the other two (bruschetta and calamari) took almost 15 minutes to get to the table

We dined at Risibisi to celebrate two birthdays. Our group included vegetarians and meat & potato people. The menu included a nice variety of creative dishes for both. All enjoyed their meal.
We also enjoyed wine, cocktails and dessert. The beverage and dessert menus also had a nice variety.
I had the Lemon Drop and for dessert the Pistachio Creme Brule, both quite yummy

Fun, romantic, warm reception. Nice people, really good prep and enjoyable. It was date night for my wife and I. I speak Italian and had the chance to converse with the owner. I can tell if the food is authentic. Yes. Definitely. That all made the evening enjoyable. We will be back. Besides the great food, a happy atmosphere and a nice wine list.

The staff was efficient, friendly and professional. Very comfortable atmosphere, outdoor seating available. Wine list is impressive and staff extremely knowledgeable. The food is well-thought, creative, locally sourced and delicious. We enjoyed every dish and were unable to partake in their dessert offerings - which was as delightful an offering as the dinner menu!

Great food. We all had the special salmon dinner and it was delicious. We all cleaned our plates. The cucumber cocktail was fabulous

The gnocchi was good, however my wife's fish (petrole sole) was fantastic! Quiet atmosphere; excellent, relaxed service. Parking in downtown Petaluma is a challenge.
