Our reservation was for 6 pm, but they seated us upon arrival at 5:45 pm. The appearance was clean; the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful; the buffet appeared fresh. We tried every meat offered, except the lamb, which was first. The parm crusted pork was juicy and tasty. The bacon-wrapped chicken was bland and dry. We were extremely disappointed with every beef option that was offered and received (each one was bland and dry, even though we received med. rare slices). Then came the sirloin, which came last (for our stay), being juicy, tender, and tasty. We were full and done at that point, informing the waiter of the dry meats, and checked out.

Although the food was good, there has been some changes in cooking methods that's noticeable. The food is not well seasoned as the prior restaurant. The beef rib was not seasoned throughout the meat. The top layer was salty in some parts and bland towards the center of the meat. We still love this restaurant! I hope they can improve the salad bar with fresher salads.

What a lovely dinner my husband, daughter, and I had at Braza this evening. The atmosphere and service are impeccable; Ray took attentive care of our table all evening and was so kind to our daughter. The well stocked buffet is clearly labeled with delicious fresh foods (the mashed potatoes and spring salad are particularly excellent). And the service from Paulo and Santiago as they brought cuts of meat to the table was a delight. I definitely recommend the picanha and alcatra are particularly excellent. This was our second time here and we will be sure to make it a more regular event. The food is excellent but it's the people who work here that make this place extra special and set it apart.

The food is fantastic and the service was wonderful. The only problem i had was that I got full too quick. We absolutely love the grilled pineapple and the grilled cheese with honey!!!!

We went to celebrate on Monday to avoid the rush of Father’s Day; however, the meat was not seasoned as well as usual and seemed dry. The filet was on point!

It started with the Hostesses they were friendly and welcoming. We were able to sit earlier than our reservation time. Our waitress was very accommodating and made herself available to see if we needed anything. The food was good. The food for the bar was slow to restock. We had to ask our waitress several times to send the meat servers to our table. They circled us many times but rarely came to our table even though our card were on the green side. We were finally able to get some lamb chops to our table. The atmosphere and overall experience was great and my family enjoyed our time together. On our way out the hostesses were so sweet to take our picture. Great restaurant.
