   Rio Mambo S. Arlington was a great experience-we could sit outside without it being overwhelmingly hot (misting fans). The service was excellent. Our server rocked and management was attentive to needs and our last minute changes. The atmosphere was inviting . The food was good and the drink selection was excellent. Will be going back for girls' night!

   Terrible service can't make up for good food. The last time we were at Rio mambo was for my birthday last year which they totally ruined by ignoring my open table reservation for 8 even after I drove to the restaurant that afternoon and spoke to the manager who walked out on the patio to see where we wanted to be seated. Then we got there with a party of 8 a little early and he had given the spot away and had no place for us. Then when we were served, two meals were wrong. When I communicated with the restaurant the next day, I never even heard from them. So we try again, 7 months later. We arrived and gave our name. The hostesses didn't check anything and we said we would like to sit outside. I mentioned open table when we arrived and mentioned it again when we were seated. She finally said, "we really don't do that during the week". I responded that we used open table partially for the points. She didn't respond. I don't see that we have our points. I don't know what relationship open table has with the restaurants but Rio mambo didn't honor our reservation through open table. We're through unless another location has decent management.

   One of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. Food is consistently good and service is very good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was overly warm inside and after making a comment to server, it did not seem to improve. Other than that; highly recommended.

   Waiter was very nice, very good service. Hostess was quite unenthusiastic. Food was so-so. Very Americanized food than Mexican and portions were somewhat on the small side. Place was quite empty so may be a sign that not many people like it as much either. Too much good competition for Mexican food in Texas to have 'so-so' food.

   It was a good experience but they did not have our reservation from Open table. Lucky for us, the restaurant was empty and we were seated immediately. Great brunch price and wonderful mimosas! Service was a bit slow as the restaurant filled for brunch. Next time I will select a different breakfast option as I wasn't thrilled with my main course choice. My fault, but fortunately there are lots of options for the brunch price! We will return.

   We had several issues while we were visiting on Mother's Day. A plate didn't make it out, come to find out it had been dropped and was being remade. We waited 10 minutes for the plate to arrive instead of eating in front of our guest so our food was cold. My order was wrong, my cheese and onion enchilidas were only cheese, the waitress forgot the extra sauce on my veggies and then brought sour cream instead, which wasnt requested, and charged us extra for it! When I am paying $90 for my family to eat, I definitely expect more than this! We will likely not return to this location.

   We made our reservation for 8:00 pm, but were still waiting by 8:30. I walked around and saw many open tables, but the hostess was not willing to put tables together. She was abrupt and not helpful.

    Not a great experience. Tables weren't bussed in a timely manner. Took forever to get chips and my drink. Then my drink had a piece of plastic in it. It was the white sangria which was meh. I thought the floating red piece was part of the cherry. They took it off of my ticket and offered another drink, but I declined. They brought me a to go box. Then I realized there were 2 pieces of hair on it, so I just threw the whole thing away. Never going back to this place.
