   No wonder this place is not on Open Table - they don't deserve it. Victor, the manager, is HORRIBLE. They messed our order three times and he did not care. They are either incapable or simply do not care; don't expect to get your food in a timely manner and when you do , it will ALMOST always be incorrect. If you have several hours to spend and don't mind sending your food back 1-2 times, then go for it!

   First of all, they do not honor Open Table reservations - the hostess made that clear. We arrived after making a reservation several days prior to find that we did not have one because they pay no attention to Open Table anymore. Food was very average to below average. The chicken was way over cooked and I detected absolutely no seasoning. The salsa tasted like ketchup, no spice at all. Service was awful, and hostess had an attitude. Maragritas were good.

   Poor service.Waited 10 minutes for a server. Finally had to flag someone down. Not the best food.

   It was Mother's Day. We love the Rio Mambo in Weatherford and Hulen. This was not like the others. Fair service, out of several things we wanted. Will never go back this location!
