   This is a high end restaurant that never disappoints, great food, service, and accomodations. Great for special occasions and date nights.

   This was my second time at this location. The meat was more fatty than I remembered. There was one server (of meats) who kept skipping me. He would come around and ask and sometimes I’d be the only one and he would not serve me. So weird! The other servers were friendly and helpful. I made a reservation for 9 adults and 1 child. They seated us right away. It was a fun experience with a group of people.

   This is the absolute BEST Brazilian restaurant we have ever dined at! The food is fantastic, the staff friendly and helpful, and the ambiance comfortable and warm. The hour and a half drive for us is worth it!

   My wife and I have been to Rio de Brazil multiple times. We took friends of ours out there and they loved it. We went on Sunday evening at around 6:30 it wasn't very crowded and that may be the best time to go. The food is always good, and you get plenty of it if you want. Desserts are also fabulous and they do have a bar

   Girlfriend and I came here for a late Valentine's Day dinner, 6:45 reservation, got seated at 7:05. By 7:25 we had not seen a server or anybody to bring us at least water or drinks, went to get the manager who brought us water drinks and plates, but that was it. No rolls or anything else. The only person to come back to our table was the hostess who cleared our salad plates. By 8:00 p.m. we had not received any refills of our water or tea nor had we had any server stopped by to check on us. I located the manager again, and told him we were leaving and that was that. He was very rude. Out of all their selection of meats, we only ever saw four different ones, these were salty and undercooked. The salad bar was only about half stocked and there were no soups or other sides. Just make the drive to Pigeon Forge.

   The food was very good but we were there 30 minutes and did not have a waitress to take our drink order. I had to walk to the station and ask a worker for drinks. We got drinks and we were not checked on at all after that. The guys bringing the food were great but the wait staff was non existent. Next time, we will drive to Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, or Asheville.

   Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere, the only issue was our waitress she seemed a little overwhelmed. We waited a while for utensils, refills on our drinks and she only checked on us a couple of times.

   We have been to another Rio De Brazil and this one was not great. The service was very slow and we waited 15 minutes before we even had a wait staff come to the table, then she left and another girl showed up. She was too young to serve us wine so the bartender had to bring it to the table. The salad bar was nice but the meat was not that good, pork was very dry the garlic steak had no flavor. The sirloin steak was very tough and chewy. The bacon wrap fillet was OK too much fat in the sausage and to much garlic on the chicken we had to ask for the lamb and never did get a lamb chop. Will not be back to this location

    The server was great, they had this grilled banana and grilled pineapple which was good and also the salad bar was good….. the meat was very dry except for the chicken and ribs.
