八幡通りの猿楽橋の西側袂にあるビル４Ｆのリストランテ。黒を基調として照明を落としたスタイリッシュな店内はカウンタ－８席、ソファ式個室１部屋６席の作り。シェフは神泉「旧ダ・バッボ」、恵比寿「旧モリタ・ダ・バッボ」を経て本店をオ－プン。メニュ－はお任せコ－スのみ。イニツィオはオレンジ他のピクルス、アンティパストは、初鰹のカルパッチョキャビアのボッタルガ新玉葱のソ－ス、牡蠣パクチ－のソ－ス、フォアグラのソテ－ブラッドオレンジのソ－ス、蛤＆カッペレッティ＆朱鷺色平茸のズッパ、プリモはアオリイカ＆ホワイトアスパラの烏賊墨スパゲッティ－ニ、香心ポ－ク＆菜の花のリゾット、お口直しでリコッタチ－ズ＆枇杷他のインサラ－タ、セコンドは尾崎牛頬肉ロ－スト赤ワインソ－ス、〆にサマ－トリュフのタリオリ－ニを頂きました。器等に和の要素も入れたお料理は感動的な美味しさ。特に低温加熱された頬肉のしっとり感は絶品。大絶賛！

貸切状態で楽しい時間を過ごせました。シェフはポリシーをしっかり持ちたれていて繊細なお料理を作られるのに、お話した雰囲気はとても温和な方で緊張感を和らげていただきました。ワインをサーブするスタッフの方のおススメはどれも的を得ていて、笑顔が素敵な方♡ 料理に癒され、人に癒され、ああ至福の時とはこの事か。久しぶりの再会に忘れられないお店、見つけました。 20000円コースのトリュフパスタは是非ご賞味あれ。
