                                                                                      El jugo de carne, bastante aguado. Malón. La Entraña demasiado cocida y nada suave. Lo demás muy bueno. El servicio, dado el día, rebasado pero aun así hicieron su mejor esfuerzo.

Sales oliendo a carne asada y el termino de la carne no es igual a que lo haga el chef o parrillero. Todo lo demás muy bien. Gracias
