Michelle and I had a blast for her birthday dinner. Is was great in every way. The evening began with a birthday card signed by all staff, and our server Amy entertained all evening. At the end, they brought a sparkling birthday cake (like a true firework), finishing a delicious meal. Rick himself was there and wished us a happy evening—all that and we made our concert early. 5 Stars all the way!!!!

The food and atomsphere was amazing. My service was a little slow but the meal made up for it.

It is pricy, but always a good experience. Take your time walking in and out, and enjoy the view!

Sat at the bar for dinner. All three of us had steak which were all good. The issue we had was the service and the ambiance. It was very loud and not playing good music. A restaurant of this type should be playing smooth jazz not rock and r&b and rather loud. The other issue was the two bartenders were worthless. Brought an appetizer we shared and had to ask twice for plates. She brought plates and no silverware. Had to ask for that. When a buster came and picked up the dishes he took the silverware. We also brought a bottle of wine and asked for a decanter she opened the bottles then brought me a decanter that was not clean. Asked for a clean decanter. She opened the bottle and I would have expected her to pour the wine into the decanter. She just walked away. She never poured a glass of wine or offered to tip our wine glasses. She was more interested in having a conversation with two of her friends who were at the bar. We asked to talk to the manager who was doing nothing and he never showed up. As stated the food was very good but the ambiance and service was not Rick Erwin worthy. We have been to Rick’s place in Greer and Greenville and had a remarkable experience. I doubt we will come back to Level 10. We will just drive a little more and go to the other two places. Very disappointed in our night.

Our experience began with a hostess who looked like she couldn’t be bothered (I did make reservations). After being seated it took a while for our waitress to arrive. Looking around I noticed our table linen was very wrinkled (petty I know but details matter in an upscale restaurant). There was also a table that remained uncleared the whole time we were there. Again, details. Food was good but not as good as some other Rick Erwin’s I’ve been too. Waitress was very nice but also absent. Found out she was helping with a party so guess that explains that. Had to ask another waitress for additional drinks. I don’t like being negative but I really expected more for a nice place like Rick Erwin’s.

We had.a great evening. We arrived late into Spartanburg, but they moved our reservation back by 45 minutes, and were very gracious about it. Our server, Deanna, did a wonderful job.

Waitress and food good. The young boys serving food were untrained and somewhat clumsy. Had to ask for plates for bread. Atmosphere lacking. Would think on top floor could see out but many windows opaque. Overall, not a repeat. Better choices in town.
