   Service has gone down hill here. Food was really good but service was average at best. Also the charge $2.00 extra for ice in your bourbon but also charge $2.00 extra for “neat”. Lol.

   Food and service were amazing. Took my daughter and a friend of her from Pennsylvania as a treat. They both had the venison and thought it was to die for. I elected to have the 4oz filet (perfect size) oscared. It was devine. Was a bit pricey, that’s why it wasn’t s considered “A Treat.”

   Anniversary Rick Erwin’s use to be more personable, everyone would sign a special card for your anniversary, have a special dessert. This time it wasn’t the case, I think restaurants forget it’s the little things, that really makes an impact. This was missing on our special occasion

    The ambiance was good, our severe was very nice and checked in with the chef for our food allergies. The only down side was a loud table not being addressed close to the bar. It’s good to have fun and celebrate but with better volume for the upscale restaurant. I didn’t come to an open mike night.

    Food and service was excellent . My favorite Rick Erwin’s for ambience. Will definitely return and sit on the outside veranda with view of the mountains when weather allows.

    All was excellent with exception to drinks from Bar. There may have been some missing ingredients. Compliments to the chef on 2/16/23. The Surf & Turf with black and blue Clemson cheese was EXQUISITE!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

    We had 7p reservations for 2 people. Made these a week ago for my husband’s 75th birthday. Other people were seated ahead of us while we waited at bar. We were seated outside alone on a patio. Waitress turned the lights on so we could see the menu. No one came for our drink orders. We walked out at 7:45p. Heard 2 people quit. Bartender was slammed keeping up w/ orders. Go to Ricks in Greenville or Clemson instead where they are a well oiled machine. Save your money.

    We went for Valentine’s Day and this was our first visit. The restaurant is beautiful. We did enjoy our food and I wish I had taken pictures because it was beautiful and so good. The service was excellent and just an all around great experience. I’m m sure no matter what you order it would been fantastic!

    Atmosphere was just ok. Some of the staff wasn’t very welcoming. Our waitress was great and very friendly. She checked on us frequently to make sure we were good. My wife and I, heard great things about this place, unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations.

    Seth is your grill guy for steaks cooked to perfection. Travis welcomes each guest as the restaurant is his home. He is exceptional. Austin was our waiter last night - very attentive. The Level 10 staff and the food are indeed a perfect 10!

    The food was high quality and absolutely delicious. We both had she crab soup and then split a porterhouse and crème brûlée. The wine list had some great choices at pretty good prices! The service was very good too. I really recommend this for a nice special occasion restaurant.

    Everything was amazing! We had drinks downstairs in the hotel bar until it was time for our reservations. Everything was timely in the views outside from the balcony were amazing! The food was nothing short of perfection!

    Rick Erwin's LEVEL 10 restaurant at the AC Hotel in Spartanburg, SC is outstanding. The 3 course dinner is superb, and there are several selections for soup or salad, entree and dessert. And the rest of the menu looks delicious!! Service was so professional, and the atmosphere is wonderful. We will definitely be going back !!!

    This not a high-end steak house. The food was great. The services was very poor. They brought my steak out and did not bring the sides I ordered. It took the waitress about 5 min to come over to tell me there was a mix up and my sides would be out in a few min. I was almost done with my steak when the sides finally arrived. Except for a quick I'm sorry. There was nothing else. No one other than the waitress ever checked us. Then when I paid the check they did not bring my credit card back. I had to run down the waitress to get my card. The last insult was when I used the restroom after dinner. There was no soap in the dispenser. The wait staff seemed very inexperienced. If you want a great experience and great food go to Halls in Greenville. Never had an issue there.

    We have eaten here many times and the food has always been wonderful. Tonight however the food was mediocre at best. Salads were delicious. My rack of lack (I was told it was lollipops) unfortunately they had not been separated and they were impossible to cut. The tuna presentation was unimaginative served with cold noodles and cold julienned vegetables. We were so disappointed. Previously the tuna had a very elegant presentation and was delicious. We love this restaurant and will certainly go back but hope management takes a look at this review and addresses these very simple fixes.
