   Extremely disappointed. Not the level expected from such establishment. Service was a disaster, my food was overcooked and side was cold. Had to ask twice for a glass of wine that I could not even finish (it was not good). Server and manager apologized and asked if they could offer us something but honestly I would rather pay for an enjoyable meal than have a discount.

   My wife and I had a reservation for 7:15. We were a right on time. Timing was important because we have a 9 month old at my sister in laws and being away from the baby for any length of time is difficult. I really wanted to go all out for my wife's first mother's day though. We were told we had to wait for our table in the lounge or at the bar so we got a drink at the bar. 10 minutes go by and another couple walk up and get seated immediately. I asked if our table was ready and was told I had to pay for our cocktails before they'd seat us. We ordered apps and they were good but we waited almost an hour for a Shrimp Gnocchi and the Flounder. The waitress did apologize for the wait and explained that they had 2 people in the kitchen walk out. The Flounder was so overcooked it reminded me of instant mashed potatoes before you add seasoning and water. The Shrimp Gnocchi was pretty good but we didn't have the time to enjoy our dinner at that point because we had to get back to the baby. We boxed up our own dishes and left around 9:20. Unfortunately, our experience was not at all worth the $270 we spent.

   Our experience was very good although the delivery of our food was slow. Not sure if the kitchen was backed up. Did not hinder a good time however. The space is wonderful.

   We celebrated my husband's birthday on May 6 with a delightful evening at Level 10. The food was delicious and well prepared. I highly recommend the crab cakes and the fried green tomatoes. Vera saw to our every need with a lovely smile. When the dessert came with a large Roman candle for my husband, I knew the night was a success. Thank you!

   I kept hearing that Level 10 was a must visit spot. Celebrated a special occasion and decided to give it a try. I could not have been more pleased. The staff was super attentive. They noticed that where were nicer tables available after we were initially seated by the hostess and quickly offered our pick of spots. The food was absolutely delicious and I venture to say the very best fillet I’ve eaten. Cooked perfectly and a subtle crust that added just the right texture to a melt in my mouth steak. The lobster Mac and cheese and potatoes were spot on. Our server was wonderful and they really showed teamwork around our table. The cocktails were top notch.

   keith, rebecca, taylor, and bella ensured a memorable dining experience ; keith and rebecca showed us around the place for my girlfriend and i’s date night while taylor ensured that all of our needs were met. she constantly recommended things for our experience. bella made sure we never ran out of water. all in all one of the best and most romantic dining experiences me and my girlfriend had. thank your rick erwin’s level 10

   The oersonel were like family, very reactiive, friendly, and efficient. A PERFECT dining experience for the two of us. We WILL return. The Chocolate Cake with ice cream was so good it has to be sinfull!

    Great meal, great service, and consistent. Nice touches for a birthday with a signed card, free dessert, candle, etc. recommend level 10 highly for an upscale meal
