Absolutely fabulous experience.
Great food served by a great staff.
Wonderful experience, world class service from the greeter through our server and the GM who made sure we were well taken care of. We were seated outside on their balcony and enjoyed the fresh air and view. All was health/safety practices exceeded the Covid Virus requiremens. We were made to feel at ease and any concerns we may have had vanished quickly. The Fried Green Tomatoes appetizer was the best we've had anywhere. I thoroughly enjoyed my Crackling Pork Shank that was done to perfection. I substituted a loaded baked potato for thier candied yam side. My wife had Surf and Turf, consisting of a 4oz Filet and a Large Crab cake which she said she'd go back for in a heartbeat. She's originally from Philly and grew up with what she thought were unbeatable crabcakes including her mom's secret receipe. Now she is a believer in Level 10's crabcakes and says her long sought search for the best crabcake has come to an end. A little pricey but more than worth the splurge! No valet parking but public parking lots are within a block's walk. We actually parked within 200 feet of the Hotel's front door. Rick Erwin's Level 10 is on the tenth floor, Penthouse level. A quick elevator, brings you from the spacious, well appointed Lobby to the resturant's welcoming area. I highly recommend Rick Erwin's Level 10 and looking forward to our next visit.
The food was excellent, especially the NOLA chef specialties. We had the NOLA shrimp and the "duck two ways". Katie was attentive but we were never rushed. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner at Level Ten
Outstanding food and Service. Atmosphere was very nice and we had an enjoyable evening.
Food was delicious but the table we sat at was in the direct sun and sitting on one side you were blinded by the sun. This was my second time eating at Level Ten - first time was in December 2019 and the ambiance was much better in December.
Loved it ! Perfect for date night ! Can’t wait to go back
My husband and I had a wonderful date night after having a new baby. The view of Spartanburg at sunset provided a beautiful atmosphere for us to enjoy our fabulous meal with incredible service. We will definitely be back soon!
Recommend bar and outdoors for small plates. A bit noisy for fine dining.
Level 10 was amazing! We were attending a wedding in the area and had a break between events, and there were not many venues that could handle our large group, all dressed in formal evening attire. We were way behind schedule, so we called and they held our reservation. When we arrived, we let them know we had only 50 minutes to eat, and with our large group, that was no small task. Ashley and Kate jumped into action and promised us they could make it happen. They advised us of menu items that would be the quickest to prepare, which allowed us to relax and enjoy a worry free meal.
Those two ladies were some of the most professional servers I’ve experienced. They were funny and engaging and incredibly attentive. The food was flavorful and delicious and we were out of the door exactly like they promised. We even made it to our wedding with time to spare!
If you’re in downtown Spartanburg, whether it’s for a special occasion or simply a night out, I encourage you to try Level 10. Everything was perfect
This was a true fine dining experience. The service was spectacular and the food was delicious. We will definitely be going back.
Our server was awesome. Best service ever. I love the menu change.
So much better, especially since they reworked the menu. We can't wait to go back!
Great place to relax. Also, the AC Marrriott is a very nice hotel.. we will be back...
Great service, beautiful views and fabulous food. Our whole experience was wonderful. We will be going back often.
A new job celebration is why we went to Level 10. The hotel was Covid Conscious. The restaurant was amenable cautious everyone had protection and we felt comfortable as clients were spread out throughout the restaurant. We even were able to have a private patio for dining.
My husband and I took my mom out for her 84th birthday. We had a wonderful time. Service was excellent. The only issue with food was the okra appetizer (which I had had before and was perfect) was tough. Small pods but just tough. It had no negative bearing on the evening. Thank you for a fabulous dining experience.
Our experience was great and Katie took exceptional care of us. Never disappointed with going to any of the locations.
So glad they changed the menu. Food was out of this world and Ashley our server was great!!!
The ONLY thing that would have made it perfect was if our server had been made aware the entrées on the 3 for $33 menu come with sides. Apparently the chef did not convey that information, so I ended up ordering an extra side that was not necessary. The food was excellent.
Had a nice romantic dinner. The food was delicious and the service was delightful. Nice job
Everyone was wonderful and our meal was terrific. We had a beautiful evening.
Really nice place . Waitress was fantastic . She was really sweet and helpful.
Great service and venue. Food was also good. Staff did a great job with COVID precautions. Thanks
Memorable evening at Level 10. Thank you for the excellent food and service!
The best filet steak I have ever eaten. My husband had the surf and turf. He also tried the She crab soup that tasted wonderful. The only suggestion is to make the sides a little smaller or say that two people can eat them.
Aubrey was an excellent server also.
Dinner took 2 an half hours. There was 3 of us and we all did 3 for $33. We were waiting 20 to 30 min between each course. The food wasn't hot and it was just ok. It is very expensive, $5 for a tablespoon of blue cheese.
Food was well prepared and served hot as it should be. Began with a cup of crab bisque, excellent, main entree was shrimp and grits, comparable to some of the best restaurants in Charleston (and it was a good-sized portion), finished with creme brûlée, also very good. A loaf of warm bread came with the meal and that too was delightful, crusty exterior, soft interior. Nice ambiance, good background music but not too loud, Top of the town view, tables spaced a decent way apart.
Service was very slow. Waited on drinks, and silver ware. Waitress was blaming the service on a table of 10 was keeping her busy. Didn't have bake potato's, so substituted with mash potato's which was already on my entree with vegetables. I did leave a $25.00 tip but our table seemed to get over looked for the night. Sorry, but for $187.00 I expected better.
The food was fabulous. The ambiance was calm. The waitress was Christina she was knowledgeable and courteous
Even though she had several tables inside and out
We'll be back.
This was not the typical Rick Erwin experience. With that being said, everything was fine. No real complaints, it was just not outstanding like we have come to except from this group. They have not been opened long and it was obvious. We will probably give them another try but will definitely wait a few months. In the mean time we will continue to visit his Greenville restaurants.
Went for a special occasion. Our first time out to a restaurant since the start of the Covid19 pandemic. We were impressed by the articles about Rick Irwin's steps to protect diners and staff and felt comfortable going again to one of our favorite restaurants. We were glad to see the staff all wearing face masks and gloves. Then our waiter showed up with his mask around his neck and no gloves. I had to ask him to wear the mask and even then it didn't cover his nose. Kind of ruined the whole night for me.
The food was just okay, onion rings were terrible (nothing like before), the She crab soup was different, but good, the chicken marsala was just okay, but nothing like chicken marsala and the scallops, cooked perfectly, were overpowered by the bacon jam. The accompanying risotto though was great.
IF we return will probably stick with the steak items.
Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! for finally realizing Spartanburg was serious about wanting a restaurant with the same experience as Greenville without the drive down 85!!!!! This has been long overdue!!!! Our meal Saturday evening was impeccable!!! The service was top notch! There were a few little glitches with time, but hey, the menu is new, the concept is new to that restaurant, and Covid circumstances don't make ANYTHING easier!!!!! No complaints! My only suggestion is that down the road, when you get this menu down and supply chains are a little more reliable, please consider adding the seafood tower as an option to the Spartanburg menu. Excellent meal!!!! We will be back!!!!!!
Went to check out the new menu. Food was on point. Duck was prepared perfectly. Great setting atop the AC hotel. Service was good, but it was only moderately busy.
We were very impressed with opening weekend. The food and service was very good. The steak could have been cooked less, but overall everything was great. We will definitely be back!
We wanted to be on the main outdoor area but were placed in a small 3 tablet spot without a view. Table was initially broken and we were moved to a second table. Food was amazing and otherwise everything was great, mostly just disappointed to miss out on the "rooftop" experience.
A very big improvement over the original concept. Food was very good and a positive experience overall. We will definitely be back soon.
We had a great anniversary dinner here!!
I enjoyed everything regarding the restaurant. The only thing I would say is that I did not feel like I got a good value for the price, too expensive for the area/amount of food. Other than that, great experience and superb customer service!!
