The best filet steak I have ever eaten. My husband had the surf and turf. He also tried the She crab soup that tasted wonderful. The only suggestion is to make the sides a little smaller or say that two people can eat them.
Aubrey was an excellent server also.

Dinner took 2 an half hours. There was 3 of us and we all did 3 for $33. We were waiting 20 to 30 min between each course. The food wasn't hot and it was just ok. It is very expensive, $5 for a tablespoon of blue cheese.

Food was well prepared and served hot as it should be. Began with a cup of crab bisque, excellent, main entree was shrimp and grits, comparable to some of the best restaurants in Charleston (and it was a good-sized portion), finished with creme brûlée, also very good. A loaf of warm bread came with the meal and that too was delightful, crusty exterior, soft interior. Nice ambiance, good background music but not too loud, Top of the town view, tables spaced a decent way apart.

Service was very slow. Waited on drinks, and silver ware. Waitress was blaming the service on a table of 10 was keeping her busy. Didn't have bake potato's, so substituted with mash potato's which was already on my entree with vegetables. I did leave a $25.00 tip but our table seemed to get over looked for the night. Sorry, but for $187.00 I expected better.

This was not the typical Rick Erwin experience. With that being said, everything was fine. No real complaints, it was just not outstanding like we have come to except from this group. They have not been opened long and it was obvious. We will probably give them another try but will definitely wait a few months. In the mean time we will continue to visit his Greenville restaurants.

Went for a special occasion. Our first time out to a restaurant since the start of the Covid19 pandemic. We were impressed by the articles about Rick Irwin's steps to protect diners and staff and felt comfortable going again to one of our favorite restaurants. We were glad to see the staff all wearing face masks and gloves. Then our waiter showed up with his mask around his neck and no gloves. I had to ask him to wear the mask and even then it didn't cover his nose. Kind of ruined the whole night for me.
The food was just okay, onion rings were terrible (nothing like before), the She crab soup was different, but good, the chicken marsala was just okay, but nothing like chicken marsala and the scallops, cooked perfectly, were overpowered by the bacon jam. The accompanying risotto though was great.
IF we return will probably stick with the steak items.

Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! for finally realizing Spartanburg was serious about wanting a restaurant with the same experience as Greenville without the drive down 85!!!!! This has been long overdue!!!! Our meal Saturday evening was impeccable!!! The service was top notch! There were a few little glitches with time, but hey, the menu is new, the concept is new to that restaurant, and Covid circumstances don't make ANYTHING easier!!!!! No complaints! My only suggestion is that down the road, when you get this menu down and supply chains are a little more reliable, please consider adding the seafood tower as an option to the Spartanburg menu. Excellent meal!!!! We will be back!!!!!!

We wanted to be on the main outdoor area but were placed in a small 3 tablet spot without a view. Table was initially broken and we were moved to a second table. Food was amazing and otherwise everything was great, mostly just disappointed to miss out on the "rooftop" experience.

Pretty cool being on the 10th floor to over look the city view. Everything was wonderful. The service, the food, and the atmosphere. I ordered the fish special and a salad and they were both fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Saved our Valentine’s celebration till Saturday night. Did not know of special menu when I booked our reservation. Quality and presentation were excellent!!! Smoked duck in tacos— amazing! Some of the best steaks (twin filets) we’ve ever eaten and salmon, also!! Sydney was great waitstaff! Alcohol loosened volume of large table near us but not too annoying. Wonderful evening!!

Everything was good until they decided it was time to turn the table, and then we felt rushed. We were a party of 8, and spent $600, so we were enjoying our food and drinks until we saw the Manager yelling at our server for not turning the table sooner. Definitely not a good last 1/3 of our visit.

The food is absolutely great. The duck tacos were excellent along with the Surf thank you Level 10!). The quality of the food is top notch and there is no skimping on using excellent quality food. The chef's presentations were very artistic yet functional. This is the second time we have been to Level 10 and both times we were impressed. Definitely a top notch chef that makes one desire more of the appetizer, entree, or dessert you just finished. Bravo Zulu to the chef and staff at Level 10!

Wonderful from the beginning to the end. Service, food, cleanliness of the restaurant was great. Our server I believe Aubrie was her name was magnificent and we will be requesting next time we dine. The manager Chris chatted with us for some time and he was extremely polite and great to talk to. All in all 5 out of 5, we will be returning as often as possible.

First time visiting and I was impressed enough to say I will definitely be back again. I would highly encourage anyone planning to dine there to make a reservation as the place gets busy in the evening. I had an 8:30 pm reservation and arrived a little after 8. It was a short wait near the bar before I got seated right around 8:30. The food selection is very good and the quality of the food is also very good. I ordered an appetizer and a couple of small plates instead of going for a normal entree so I could try several different menu items and I'm glad I did. Highly recommend this spot, just know you may have a wait and it could end up being pricey.

Waitress was awesome . Our food choices were ok . The dessert was the best . I thought the food was bland compared to many other restaurants we have visited . The shrimp and grits was tasty but the salmon dish was bland . Just expected for the price of the salmon dish , it would have been a little more tasty like the shrimp and grits.
