   When we arrived it was obvious a table hadn't been reserved for us. What was more embarrassing was being seated upstairs on a broken, old sofa with a coffee table for the 5 of us to eat lunch at. I definitely won't recommend friends to join me there again!

   Hi Rosie, Firstly thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm so sorry you experienced such a negative time at Richmonds, I can only apologise. I have spoken to the team & confirmed your booking had not been reserved unfortunately- this was purely down to an extremely busy Saturday that was short staffed, but thats no excuse.    Fab food, lovely upstairs seating area, very well laid out and lovely and clean. Really friendly staff as always. Would thoroughly recommend.
