Thank you to Richards restaurant. We had an enjoyable dinner for my husband's birthday. Thanks to Kimber our server, who was great. This was our first visit staying at Inn at 500 and after a day of wine tasting it was nice to relax in the hotel restaurant.

From the moment we walked through the door to the affogato we had a great anniversary. Adam was our server and he was very helpful with the menu, offered great suggestions and a great conversationalist. Food was exceptionally prepared and presented and delivered in a very timely manner. We never felt rushed nor did anything take too long. Thanks again Adam. We will be back.

Excellent service. Great wine options. Starter and entre were excellent. It was our anniversary and they provided a free dessert which was very nice of them. Some entres were a bit more expensive based on the size of the portion. It was not a ton of food but definitely enough if you got a starter and wine. Would recommend!

Service was pretty good but food was fair. My husband’s $45 steak was unseasoned and the 2 shrimp for $7 add on were quite burnt on both of our dishes. Dessert also was charred on top that gave it a bitter flavor. Just wasn’t what I expected for such a nice restaurant.

Erica was an amazing server! She remembered us even though we typically only visit Boise annually. She makes our dining experience so delightful! She makes fantastic recommendations while taking into consideration our likes. Shout out to Kimber and Tanner as well!! The entire staff is so accommodating. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the flatbread appetizer! We could eat that everyday! I would highly recommend Richard’s as the best restaurant in Boise!

We LOVE this place!! Geovanny is the best server and the manager Ryan is fantastic. Lately, the food has been taking a little long, but we understand it's due to short staffing (like a lot of places over the last couple years). The service & prices for what you get make up for the waste time. Brunch is our favorite but we look forward to going for dinner soon. Get the coffee cake! The burger is also amazing.

Richards has never failed in the quality of food served. We have eaten here on a number of occasions, both at the previous and the current location. On the most recent occasion, the service was done more with a "truck style" approach than a fine dining approach. The server was pleasant and communicative, but did not have any "class" in the presentation. She was the only server that we saw. Overall, we will plan to return.

It was ok, but I don't feel the flavor or portion was worth the price tag (personally). i had the ribeye and my wife had the Cannoli. Ribeye was cooked well, but not a lot of flavor, and the Cannoli was very spinach forward. Again, it's not bad, but for your money, there are much better options.

Reservations were easy to make online. Free parking was convenient. Our table was ready, complete with a Happy Anniversary card. Server Kimber was friendly, knowledgeable and her recommendations spot on. She kept us informed about our meal progress without hovering, and made sure we weren’t hungry or thirsty. Presentation was beautiful and food high quality and delicious. Very clean, with all nearby table redressing performed discretely and efficiently. Classy decor rounded out the experience.

The tuna tartare and salad were good. The ravioli was overcooked and they deducted it from the bill… the pork belly and octopus was interesting and very rich, but I got sick from it later in the night. Too much turnover in the kitchen and little QC. We won’t be going back anytime soon…

One of the top 10 best meals of my life. The restaurant decor and ambiance was sophisticated and gorgeous. The staff were attentive and friendly. Our server, Giovanni, was especially helpful with menu suggestions. It was difficult to choose items from the menu because I literally would have eaten any item on the menu. The food was beautifully presented, cooked perfectly and really delicious. I highly recommend and will be returning.

Our out of town guests who are big-city diners and tend to be critical, pronounced the food and service excellent. The specialty cocktails were unusual but tasty, the handcut french fries amazingly good and all the entrees delicious and just right as to amount. The homemade gelato wowed all of us.
