    Personale molto gentile. L‘unica cosa da contestare e che ci e voluto troppo tempo dal ordine alla consegnia a tavola. Poi con il tagliere non e stato portato il pane. Ma il cibo, specialmente la pizza son stati buonissimi!

    Vorab, wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und gut zu erreichen. Die Vorspeise, das Parmigianna war sehr fade und die Pizza durch geweicht. Frech empfand ich pauschal 5 CHF pro Person für Leitungswasser zu berechnen. In den meisten Lokalen ist das Leitungswasser kostenlos oder kostet pauschal pro Karaffe. Es waren gestern 34 grad und ich bin Hochschwanger. Ich empfinde es als Unding solche Preise für Leitungswasser zu verlangen. Aber nochmals vielen Dank für den wirklich sehr freundlichen Kellner.

    Good food in restaurant walking distance from our hotel. Food in Switzerland is more expensive than in the US. Once you get past the price, including paying for tap water, it was a lovely experience for our first night in Switzerland.

    Enttäuschender Service und unangenehme Überraschung Bewertung: ⭐️ Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht vom Service, den ich in diesem Restaurant erhalten habe. Nicht nur wurde meine Bitte, den Geburtstag einer Person zu feiern und möglicherweise ein Lied zu singen, komplett ignoriert, sondern es gab auch mehrere andere negative Erfahrungen, die meine Überraschung verdorben haben. Als wir unser Essen bekamen, stellten wir fest, dass viele Venusmuscheln leer waren und das Gericht nicht einmal richtig warm war. Es ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man ein Gericht bestellt und es dann nicht in der erwarteten Qualität serviert wird. Darüber hinaus war der Limoncello, den wir als Digestif bestellt hatten, einfach ungenießbar. Er hatte einen seltsamen Geschmack und war überhaupt nicht erfrischend. Es ist wirklich schade, dass der Besuch in diesem Restaurant so enttäuschend war. Der schlechte Service, die Ignorierung unserer Bitte und die Mängel bei den Speisen haben die Atmosphäre ruiniert und uns enttäuscht zurückgelassen. Ich hoffe, dass das Management dieses Feedback zur Kenntnis nimmt und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreift, um sicherzustellen, dass solche Vorfälle nicht wieder vorkommen. Als zahlender Kunde erwarte ich eine angemessene Qualität und einen respektvollen Umgang.

    The vibe was nice and the design is great The food was good, needs some salt. Aziz was great, hes service is very delightful Unfortunately we didnt know that the tab water we asked for costs money at all , it was 25 franc You should let your costumers know that.

    Staff seemed like the didn't want to work. The food was not good (the pizza tartufo was burned and the truffel looked like coal). The food is also overpriced. At least the place was nice

    Super Restaurant, wunderschön und eine sehr sehr angenehme Atmosphäre :) Das Essen war sehr gut portioniert, das Dessert (Tiramisu) war der Hammer.. Meine Partnerin und ich kommen definitiv mal wieder vorbei!

    Meine Gnocchi waren süss die Sauce dazu war gut. Service englisch.Es wurden nicht alle Teller gleichzeitig gebracht. Eine Person war noch am Hauptgang und bei den andern am Tisch wurde schon abgeräumt und auch schon die Bestellung für Kaffee und Dessert aufgenommen. Restaurant schlecht angeschrieben

    We had to wait a long time until we were served (the restaurant was not full), we only received our drinks with the main course and after asking several times if they had forgotten our drinks (we had also had some appetizers). In all, the ambience of the restaurant is beautiful, but the service, even though they are polite and friendly, leaves a lot to be desired in terms of quality of service. Unfortunately we were also very dissatisfied with the food.

    Essen schlecht, Service schlecht. Habe einen Tisch für 9 Personen reserviert, als wir gekommen sind, war es nur ein 6er Tisch. Wenn man etwas bestellen möchte, musst man mehrere Male dem Kellner winken und lange warten. Pizza labbrig und hat nicht gut geschmeckt. Nicht empfehlenswert!

    Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen. Die Bedienung war leider nicht sehr aufmerksam. Als wir nach einem sauberen Weinglas gefragt haben, hat er erstmal das Glas 10x im Licht gewendet um wirklich nachzusehen ob es schmutzig ist und meinte dann, das sei vom Geschirrspüler und ganz normal. Ich jedoch erwarte in einem Restaurant, dass ich ein Weinglas erhalte welches keine Wasserrückstände und Schmierer hat. Auch hat er sich nie um unser Wohl gekümmert, wir mussten jedes Mal winken um anschliessend etwas bestellen zu können. Und ich finde ich muss als Gast nicht jedes Mal fragen ob wir nochmals Wasser, Wein, Brot o.ä. haben könnten, da sollte schon die Verkaufs-Initiative vom Kellner kommen. Als Gastronomen-Gruppe fallen natürlich noch etliche weitere Fehler auf, wie z.B. dass wir nach der 2. Flasche Weisswein immer noch kein Weinkühler erhielten und danach fragen mussten. Was eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte. Wir wären gerne noch für eine 4. Flasche Wein, Dessert oder Drinks geblieben, aber so machte es uns auch keinen Spass mehr. Das essen war so-so. Für die Qualität aber zu teuer. Für uns hat sich der Besuch nicht gelohnt und wir werden den Weg ins Toniareal nicht mehr so schnell auf uns nehmen.

    Die Pizza war sehr Nass. Meiner Freundin wurde 5 Franken für Leitungswasser berechnet? Finde ich geht einfach garnicht. Viel zu überteuert für das was es war. Lohnt sich nicht.
