   Not enough waiters. We waited 20 minutes to place an order, than again half an hour until our plates were cleaned off and we could order another round of drinks, and in the end we waited another 20 minutes until we got the bill.

   I booked last minute this restaurant to eat with my mum, we were just landing in Vienna and needed a place to eat. We had some difficulties to find the entrance as it’s inside an hotel and you’ll have to enter through the lobby. We took one truffle pizza and a salad to share, price were correct and the food very tasty. We had also a lovely waiter, even though he came a bit early at our table to take our order. The seat could be improved, we were sitting on a high bench without any pillow for my delicate bottom (yes, I’m a bit picky but if you want me to stay and drink all night, I need to be comfy) Overall we had a really nice evening for a reasonable price in a lovely restaurant, thanks to the all team.

   The food is great here. However, last time I came the service was lower than I expected. We had to wait quite a lot until someone took us to the table, and it wasn’t even that busy. A staff member passed by us as we came in and she didn’t even say anything to us. One of the waiters came to serve us the dessert but he didn’t take our empty plates from the main course, just left it there. I also found it odd that staff members working as waiters don’t speak German?!… I mean, I understand when there is new staff, it can’t be perfect service, but still… The atmosphere is nice here in general, but I was a little bit disappointed they gave us a table in the corner where you’re quite isolated, although we had a reservation and there were still many tables free even when we left. Why wouldn’t you offer your customers a better table if they are available? Plus, it gets extremely warm inside, it feels like there is not enough air and it can make you feel like you just wanna go out or open a window.

   Das mit Abstand schlechteste essen was ich jemals gegessen habe, ich war zuvor nie dort da ich aus Deutschland bin anhand der Rezensionen habe ich dieses Restaurant ausgesucht für meinen Geburtstag, alle mein gäste waren so enttäuscht vom Essen und ich ebenso! Ich habe selten so schlecht gegessen das Personal war absolut nicht zuvorkommend obwohl keiner sein Essen angerührt hat..die Preise sind noch dazu eine Frechheit wenn man bedenkt wie schlecht das Essen war! Ich würde es niemals jemanden empfehlen und Vor allem auch nie wieder in. Erwägung ziehen dort zu essen.

   Everything was absolutely awesome!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Especially the brick oven pizza. They suggested the wine which was also perfect. Wish I had a bigger appetite to eat more.

   Schönes Lokal mit schönem Ambiente und nettem Service, allerdings hat die Küche nicht das Niveau dass die Preise vermuten lässt. Pizzen sind ok, die Salate geschmacklich mäßig und die Vorspeisen (im wesentlichen Wurst und Käse) eher einfallslos.

    Very bad service. The waiter didn’t pay any attention. The wine we ordered (51 euro!) wasn’t worth the price. We left without eating and can’t recommend this place. The waitress was very nice and understanding that we were leaving. She couldn’t help that her colleagues were not offering any service at all.

    very nice and stylish restaurant with very friednly staff. food was overall good, could be presented more nicely. majority of menu is vegetarian. unfortunately not everything on the menu was available so we had to change orders a couple of times.

    We were one of the first people to arrive for lunch. We ordered pizzas and the dough wasn't fully cooked nor was the cheese fully melted. We sent it back for more cooking and they were very frustrated by this. They said it was the style of pizza they make. 🤷‍♀️ I think what happened is the oven maybe hadn't gotten hot enough since we were there on the early side. I just thought it was bad that they wanted us to eat the not fully cooked dough and cheese not melted pizza.

    My friends and I made reservations at Ribelli on a Friday night. We arrived promptly at the time of our reservation and were immediately told that the restaurant would only be serving pizzas and cold salads instead of their whole advertised menu including meats and pastas. We ordered within 15 minutes of arriving and then proceeded to wait for over 90 minutes for 3 identical pizzas while tables around us came and went, each receiving their food far quicker than ours. It was not until another waiter came to our table to ask how we were that we asked about our pizzas and they claimed they were just backed up. They compensated by offering us each one glass of wine. After finally receiving our food we were late to our plans after dinner and wanted to pay quickly. The waiter came by and presented our individual bills in which I was charged for 3 glasses of more expensive wine than I ordered and one more than I received. When telling the waiter he became aggressive and frustrated and told us that we should not be complaining about the service due to the busy condition of the restaurant and the singular glass of complementary wine we each received. After finally correcting my bill we left and were incredibly disappointed with our experience and do not recommend this restaurant.

    Super Abend obwohl wir eine riesen Gruppe waren (und am Ende noch mehr als angesagt). Das Team hat sich ordentlich ins Zeug gelegt alles zu regeln, auch mit vielen Kindern. Sehr empfehlenswert auch für große Gruppen mit Kinder. Das Essen wunderbar wie immer, Service schnell und freundlich. Von uns volle Punkte!

    I was often in 25h Restaurant and I wanted to bring my parents because we were on the city in a family trip, I got disappointed, the food is not that tasty and drinks and everything overpriced, I also asked the waiter for some recommendation and looked confused and did not answer me, I think there is plenty room for improvements

    We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Also a nice audience. Although there was enough personel things didn't seem to workout well. Mistakes were made in the ordering. If we spoke to the waiter he said he would solve it but he forgot it or it took quiet some time to bring us the food or drink.

    Leider sehr enttäuscht. Tagliatelle ala Bolognese (die 20€ kosten), waren lieblos aufs Teller geklatscht, Nudeln waren hart und das Fleisch hat gestunken (kein Parmesan). Auf meine Beschwerde hin, tauschte mir der Kellner das Essen kostenlos aus in Nudeln mit Oktobus. Geschmacklich war dies etwas besser, jedoch die Nudeln viiiieeeellll zu hart, konnte es kaum beißen. Alles in allem war ein kompletter Reinfall. Das einzig Positive war, dass wir zum Schluss noch ein Tiramisu aufs Haus bekommen haben. Habe aber auch schon deutlich bessere gegessen. Die Pizza vom meinem Freund war okay, jedoch hatte die Salami einen eigenartigen Geruch und es war viel zu viel Käse drauf.

    Leider war das Essen ziemlich schlecht und der Service sehr langsam. Sie waren bemüht, aber haben uns an den falschen Tisch gesetzt und es hat ewig gedauert bis wir bestellen konnten bzw bekommen haben was wir wollten. Aber wie man Pizza so verhauen kann ist mir ein Rätsel.
