We didn’t know what to expect because our reservation wasn’t able to accommodate the dinner menu because of the hour we arrived, and we’re not so much of a pizza people but oh we wore very surprised, to me it was the best pizza I’ve ever tasted in my life, it took me back to when I went to Italy on my 90’s, arugula salad we can’t stop talking about how delicious it was, I can’t even imagine the rest of the menu, I’m sure it’s equality delicious. Thank you for our wonderful experience, would definitely come back.

Place is nice and cozy, you car hear the kids playing and look at beautiful gardens and fountain from your table during the summer. The staff is professional and friendly, prices are standard for Austria. The pizza dough is well prepared and cooked. It was a good experience. However, the ratio cheese/sauce wasn’t to my taste; too much cheese, too little sauce.

We had a quiet table outside with no noise from the streets. We could just hear the music from the party in the park but that was ok. Our cold tomato soup and ravioli tasted very delicious. The service was very good

We couldn’t have been happier with our first dinner in Wein! From the ambiance to the food (we tried the pesto pizza, the truffle ravioli, and the veggie lasagna), and immaculate service, we left so content and happy. They were playing lovely Italian dinner music which adds to the experience. Our server was so kind and attentive, he gave us a nice recommendation to his favorite lake to swim in (we feel so bad for forgetting his name, chalk it up to the bottle of wine, but he really made our night, medium length dark brown curly hair and 19 y/o). Highly recommend!

Essen ausgezeichnet! Junger Kellner äußerst nett. Kollegin, um die 40, eher unmotiviert. Mussten lange warten um nach dem Essen wieder ein Getränk bestellen zu können. Beim Zahlen wollte ich 3,50€ Trinkgeld geben, die Dame hat mir 6,50€ verrechnet (habe mit Karte bezahlt). Ärgerlich!

Visited from the Netherlands, we loved the overall experience. The location of the restaurant was great and the food delicious, especially the tiramisu was amazing in our opinion. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic & authentic Napoli pizza, pasta & salads in Vienna’s museum district. String Italian wine list too. Beautiful walking area near museums, as well. Highly recommend!

Not enough waiters. We waited 20 minutes to place an order, than again half an hour until our plates were cleaned off and we could order another round of drinks, and in the end we waited another 20 minutes until we got the bill.

I booked last minute this restaurant to eat with my mum, we were just landing in Vienna and needed a place to eat. We had some difficulties to find the entrance as it’s inside an hotel and you’ll have to enter through the lobby. We took one truffle pizza and a salad to share, price were correct and the food very tasty. We had also a lovely waiter, even though he came a bit early at our table to take our order. The seat could be improved, we were sitting on a high bench without any pillow for my delicate bottom (yes, I’m a bit picky but if you want me to stay and drink all night, I need to be comfy) Overall we had a really nice evening for a reasonable price in a lovely restaurant, thanks to the all team.

The food is great here. However, last time I came the service was lower than I expected. We had to wait quite a lot until someone took us to the table, and it wasn’t even that busy. A staff member passed by us as we came in and she didn’t even say anything to us. One of the waiters came to serve us the dessert but he didn’t take our empty plates from the main course, just left it there. I also found it odd that staff members working as waiters don’t speak German?!… I mean, I understand when there is new staff, it can’t be perfect service, but still… The atmosphere is nice here in general, but I was a little bit disappointed they gave us a table in the corner where you’re quite isolated, although we had a reservation and there were still many tables free even when we left. Why wouldn’t you offer your customers a better table if they are available? Plus, it gets extremely warm inside, it feels like there is not enough air and it can make you feel like you just wanna go out or open a window.

Das mit Abstand schlechteste essen was ich jemals gegessen habe, ich war zuvor nie dort da ich aus Deutschland bin anhand der Rezensionen habe ich dieses Restaurant ausgesucht für meinen Geburtstag, alle mein gäste waren so enttäuscht vom Essen und ich ebenso! Ich habe selten so schlecht gegessen das Personal war absolut nicht zuvorkommend obwohl keiner sein Essen angerührt hat..die Preise sind noch dazu eine Frechheit wenn man bedenkt wie schlecht das Essen war! Ich würde es niemals jemanden empfehlen und Vor allem auch nie wieder in. Erwägung ziehen dort zu essen.

Everything was absolutely awesome!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Especially the brick oven pizza. They suggested the wine which was also perfect. Wish I had a bigger appetite to eat more.

Schönes Lokal mit schönem Ambiente und nettem Service, allerdings hat die Küche nicht das Niveau dass die Preise vermuten lässt. Pizzen sind ok, die Salate geschmacklich mäßig und die Vorspeisen (im wesentlichen Wurst und Käse) eher einfallslos.

Very bad service. The waiter didn’t pay any attention. The wine we ordered (51 euro!) wasn’t worth the price. We left without eating and can’t recommend this place. The waitress was very nice and understanding that we were leaving. She couldn’t help that her colleagues were not offering any service at all.

very nice and stylish restaurant with very friednly staff. food was overall good, could be presented more nicely. majority of menu is vegetarian. unfortunately not everything on the menu was available so we had to change orders a couple of times.
