   Booked for partners birthday 3.9.16 8pm table.very busy but waited 1.20 min for our food.we were apologised to and Michael was very apologetic and offered us a free drink unfortunately the t-bone I ordered was probably the work steak I have ever had there was so much fat and gristle running through it. I didn't kick up a fuss as I could see my partner was on edge that I was going to go mad I left it .having spent over 500 pound for the night everything was great apart from the rib room maybe I was just unlucky with my steak but I will not be eating there again heard other customers at breakfast saying how nice the Pemberton restaurant was and a lot cheaper £27 for my t-bone plus £3 for chips is a bit of a joke.so try Pemberton or Fusion instead.

   Such a brilliant restaurant. Food always delicious and perfectly cooked. Only complaint is some of the desserts appear to be commercial pre-packed affairs, which is a bit of a shame considering how much they are.

   I have previously dined in the Rib room on a couple of occasions, however, I felt that it's gone slightly back-over since my visit 2yrs ago. The menu is pretty much the same as is the price but the food portions have reduced. For instance I remember ordering the tempura King prawns for starter which included 3 prawns, now you only get 2. My husband ordered the T-Bone steak as he enjoyed it so much the first time but was disappointed on this occasion, particularly with the size considering it's based on weight & pretty pricy (£28)with no accompaniments.

   i went for a meal here with my husband we waited 35 minutes for our starters I had prawns and he ordered scallops the starter was ok once it finally arrived but nothing special our main course followed straight after starter I ordered chicken with mash it wasn't nice the mash tasted microwaved and the chicken was really dry I couldn't eat it my husband ordered lamb which he enjoyed overall wouldn't go back to this restaurant very over priced for what we got

   Ate here as staying at the hotel. Food was lovely and the staff friendly. My fillet steak was especially good. Not cheap, but you are on a golf/spa resort and the ingredients were good quality. You do have to pay extra for sides which is a bit irritating. All in all an enjoyable meal.

   Really good atmosphere. The staff were all polite, cheery and very attentive. The food certainly hit the right notes and the wine chased it home nicely. All in all, an evening which belongs among the very best.

    Me and my partner got a steak meal and it was tge est meal we have ever had. Outstanding!! Very happy
