Excellent food, service and wonderful dinner experience.
Really good service. Apps were great. Entrees and drink were excellent.
Don’t order poutine!! It was NOT authentic and tasted like a big bowl of salt. I’ve had decent meals there so this was disappointing. Staff was excellent.
Dirty inside even for a pub. Bathrooms were gross. Faucets didn’t work snd soap dispenser broken. Only bright thing was our waitress.
Nice experience, food is good, does feel like a true Irish pub.
Had a great time. The food was great, and the service was fantastic
Great food and friendly service. Very accommodating when I had to change my reservation. Definitely will return.
Nice place on Church St. Cold beer good apps. And people watch alot of fun.
We ordered a vodka tonic which came back with no vodka. The staff was brand new and overwhelmed. The food was bland and not enjoyable.
I live locally and have gone to Ri Ra for years. This is the worst I’ve experienced.
This was the most disappointing restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. The host sat us at a bench, and when asked about the high top table we booked she said “Open Table does not send those requests to the restaurant.” I don’t know if I believe that, but I do know there was a wild card Sox game playing m and all the high tops were seated. When seated we noticed how surprisingly well staffed the place was, but our waitress did not have the time of day for us. It took her 20 minutes to take our drink order. The food itself was better than I expected, but small portions for the price. It was served very quickly which was great. We were at the restaurant less than an hour, and had our food for 20 minutes tops when the waitress came over and said “I’m going to go sit down” and dropped the bill on our table. The kitchen wasn’t closing, she wanted to watch the game. We wanted to get another round of drinks and desert to watch the game, but considering we were dismissed by the waitress we didn’t finish our food and left. Honestly any of the other restaurants on Church street are a better bet. I would rather wait and be patient at a shop that is short staffed, than be treated like I was unwelcome and a burden at this place again. Deeply disappointed by this experience.
Nice Irish pub. Food was good and reasonable. A little noisy
We were pleasantly surprised. For a pub atmosphere the food was quite delicious. Nice dessert choices too! The staff was especially nice!
Apps and beer were good. Food was standard tourist grade fare. Service was prompt and friendly. Not bad but not as good as it could be.
I thought this would feel like a manufactured experience, but it feels authentic, because it is. Really good variety of beers. Very cool atmosphere and friendly service from relatable people. Location is beyond satisfying. Definitely make a reservation as far in advance as possible.
Our server was incredible and the food was amazing! Best date night in a very very long time.
We were very excited about going to RiRa because we had been to one in New Hampshire and had enjoyed our meal. My husband had ordered the special which was shrimp scampi and the pasta was over cooked. He did say the shrimp was good. He had cider and ordered a second which came after he had finished his meal. I ordered fish and chips. The fish was good but the fried were so salty that I couldn’t eat them. I also ordered unsweetened Iced tea which was terrible. My rum and coke was good. We also ordered an appetizer which was spinach and artichoke dip which we both enjoyed. The service was ok. We might try it again if we were in the area but would probably try another restaurant first.
Perfect for what we needed; late night meal after moving in. Food could be better and has been better in the past but service and bar made up for it. We’ll be back.
Fridays are the best nights to go! Food is exquisite!
This place perhaps has the look of an Irish pub but the ambiance and menu are far from it. Shepherd’s pie is the closest entree you’ll come to it. A beware ordering whiskey from next door! Double check the tab to ensure you’re charged for what you ordered. We were overcharged nearly threefold! However when this was called to the attention of the manager he graciously rectified the error.
We had a great dinner ..
Also great service
Karen and Bill T.
My only complaint is that they are always out of the beers I want
Great Reuben and the fish and chips was very fresh. Loved the outdoor seating to take in more of summer in Burlington.
Stick with the poutine, fish and chips and draft beer, those deliver good pub quality. Don't order anything that goes off pub standards like salads.
Drinks and food were great and the service was awesome! We ate outside and the vibe was fun. Will definitely visit again whenever we get back to Burlington.
First time at this pub and won’t hesitate to come back when traveling through the area. The food and the outdoor patio experience was delightful.
We weren’t very rah rah for Ri Ra. 4th and 8 punt at best.
Go Chelsea!!!! Woooooo!!!!!! Great drinks and atmosphere for watching soccer
Ordered the Cottage Pie which was savory and delicious. Though I originally thought it a small portion - it turned out to be the perfect size.
Only issue was I love Irish Stew and it was not on the menu.
Fantastic place with great food and great service. The place is active and fun and is a wonderful place to go and have a beer, relax with some damn good food, and enjoy the Irish bar ambiance. Managers and Staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home.
They did a great job for me and my guest.
Casual restaurant with great selection of local beer and Irish dishes as well as local favorites (the poutine was AMAZING)
Went to Burlington for the weekend and ended up at ri ra every day
Good food and service
We have always enjoyed RiRa’s and it was great to be back! Attentive staff and a great meal ☺️
Excellent food. Irish stew is what one of us absolutely loves and is why we chose RiRa's. Another one of us was thankful you had some gluten free options.
We also appreciated that we were given a quieter table in the back so we could talk. We were all celebrating that it was our first dinner out, as we were all double vaccinated at least 2 weeks ago! Yay..a great pub for our first time out in a year!
Nice Irish music and food!
It was a wonderful with great food and service!! thanks
Very accommodating with our large group, placed us at smaller tables but close enough we were together
Great food and drinks for the family. Service was superb. Loved the specials, something for everyone
I had the “southern belle” chicken sandwich and a side Caesar salad. The food was good. It was a Sunday night so the crowd was light. I appreciate the distance between parties. I also like contactless pay.
Mediocre food in a lackluster restaurant. The service was decent, but only because expectations were so low. It is what it is.
