We have come to be known for our duality here; our ability to serve up the best pub food you've ever had, as well as interesting, local, creative dishes and daily features. We take great pride in pairing every dish-- big or small-- with the perfect beverage, be it an import, a craft pint, a fine whisk(e)y, or a signature cocktail.
We also specialize in catering and private parties.
We were told by this app that they could accommodate 13 people in 15 min. We left where we were to go there and the person said they don’t use open table app. We were so hungry and cold and gave up our spot at another restaurant. You really need to update your restaurants that don’t use the app
Made reservations for Christmas Eve. When we sat down we were immediately told the kitchen was closed. As we went to leave , I told hostess If I knew the kitchen was closed I wouldn’t have made reservations. Manager came over and made it right. We were able to eat, but felt forced out. While we appreciated the help, and from what we were able to eat the food was good, a suggestion would be for the restaurant to stop taking reservations an hour or so before they close.
Great thanksgiving dinner! We thought the website said full menu, but we still had an awesome meal. Great place!
Ridiculously poor service on a night that wasn’t busy. Appetizers brought out after main dishes. No offer of water or another beverage. Poor knowledge of menu. Food was as expected for pub food, but overall experience wasn’t good. There are too many other great places in Burlington to go to rather than here. Pass!
Great food with several vegetarian choices! We’ll be back!
VERY LOUD -but good pub food. Not a wide variety of items but the things that we had were very well executed. Nice cozy place on a cold rainy night.
Thanks for accommodating our table of 10 on short notice!
Good food and service. The restaurant was a little loud but then again it was the weekend. We’ll be back!
It was load and busy, but we had a great time. Food was good.
I'd always thought RiRa was too noisy for a quiet dinner with friends. Was in a pinch and got a reservation at RiRa. I asked for a table in a quiet corner, hoping for the best. Well, I didn't even realize they have rooms in back, separate from the bar which has always been pretty noisy. We had a great dinner. Not super quiet but we could TALK without yelling. Food was quite good. A couple of tasty cocktails. Servers were friendly and helpful. Our veggie friend was really happy with dinner too. We over-ate and all we did was share a bunch of appetizers. Thumbs up.
Had reservations-showed up 1/2 hour early-no problem-able to seat us. All staff attentive and friendly. Manager came out to inform us that our app was overdone and therefore delayed. Let us know the item was being redone and would be put soon. Asked to get us some bread and another beer. This was impressive and much appreciated. Our burgers were delicious and were the fries and onion rings... and chocolate cake. Will definitely be back.
Our server Taylor knew we were in no hurry he let us enjoy the atmosphere
Enjoyed our meal - thanks! Nice location and wide selection.
We had reservations before the theater. We were taken to a table right away. The fish and chips and meatloaf were both very good. The waitress was nice and efficient. The only thought we had was that we were surpised RiRa did nothing to co-promote the Celtic Thunder show. One would have thought that would have been a big deal for an Irish restaurant given the show was at the Flynn ... just a thought.
Amazing food!!! Great service!!
Food was nothing special (especially for the price), but the pub has a great vibe. Might have been a better spot for drinks--not a whole dinner.
The only issue we had is that we ordered and it took 45 minutes. Our appetizer was brought out with our meal. The appetizer was however comped which we were very happy about. We see this as a kind and a good business decision.
Had a reservation but when we asked to sit outside (no one was sitting inside) we were told we had to wait 45 minutes. Just ok.
We were in Burlington on vacation with our teenage niece. It was average - nothing unpleasant & waitstaff was pleasant.
The fish & Chips is fantastic! Flavorful and not greasy. We also tried the mushroom toast as an appetizer and it was delicious. I hope they leave it on the menu.
Only negative is not fan of wall TVs but that's my issue, more of a sports bar/pub
We went to the restaurant for our anniversary dinner (25 years), after having enjoyed a few libations at the Whiskey Room. Our server, Amanda, was outstanding in her attentiveness, and the overall experience was made even better because of her hospitality. The food was delicious, and came out promptly. As we closed out our time at Ri Ra, pAmanda gave us a few pointers as to where we could go after dinner, and as a local, she knew exactly what we were looking for. We would recommend both the Whiskey Room and Ri Ra, and will most surely be back, the next time we are in town.
Over priced! We ordered their chicken wings, which they advertised as a special a pound for $12.00, we received 7 small wings, they call a pound. Our bill for 2 drinks and 14 wings (2 orders) was $45.00 before tipping. Also their mild wings were extremely hot, almost not edible! I could not recommend this restaurant!
They were ready for us when we got there for our reservation and had an outdoor table for us so that was great. The outdoor seating was nice, but I probably wouldn't put my grandmother on it. :-) Bustling and busy. Had a nice enough time, unfortunately, both my husband and I ordered the pork chops and they were HUGELY overcooked. Almost inedible. Luckily it wasn't an overly expensive meal and we still had a nice time. I think a sandwich or salad would be a better choice. Don't try anything too fancy I guess.
Very good pub fare. I had the cottage pie which is pretty basic but was well executed. Loved the beer selection. I had a bite of the Reuben which was also very good.
We sat outside. The food was good, the waiter was attentive. At the end of our meal very large dog was seated with owner in a confined space and the dog was disruptive.
We went her for a Father's Day brunch mostly because it was centrally located to where we were staying and accepted online reservations for brunch. There was outdoor seating under umbrellas which was nice because the inside was a very dark and somewhat dank Irish pub. The server was new but polite and efficient. They did get one order wrong which was odd because it was clearly stated twice, but they quickly remedied it and did not charge us for that item. Unfortunately the food was mediocre. We are from Boston, and many Irish pubs put out very high quality brunches with an Irish theme. So we expected maybe this would be the same, but they have a way to go if you would want to return for brunch.
We sat outside, it was perfect weather for outside dinning. Three of us were very happy with our food, my wife had the fish a chips and foud it to be so dry she couldnt eat it. It was sent back and replaced with calamari which said ssid was good. Overall it was a good experience at RiRa
A great place!!!.We enjoyed it very much. Will return when in the area
We sat outside on the new picnic tables and loved it. Our waitress was excellent and the food was amazing.
The only real problem is the bathrooms, the stairs going down are slippery with filth and the restrooms themselves are so unsanitary that it makes you think about the condition of the kitchen?! It should be addressed!!!, second time here, same condition, I really like this place but I don't like to have to use the bathroom
Had a good time tonight! Food was good, just got some wings and burgers. Not our first time at Ri Ra’s, and won’t be our last!
Although we had a large group of 8 on busy graduation weekend, we had excellent service. Food and drinks arrived quickly. Server was attentive, refilling drinks as needed. The food was great, and prices are excellent, considering the quality!
We had a good size group (9) on a Saturday night. The table was spacious, the restaurant was busy but not so loud that we couldn't have conversation. The menu appealed to everyone there, including several vegetarians. The service was excellent, our waiter attentive, and the food was hot and delicious. Specialty drinks were also tasty. For the size of our party- not one complaint and prices were fair. We will definitely return.
Four us went before the Flynn. We sat at a high top towards the front to avoid the TV's in the back. Great food, service. No rush to get to the Flynn.
