The RH Rooftop Restaurant resides on the fifth floor of RH New York, a 90,000-square-foot design gallery in the heart of the historic Meatpacking District that blurs the lines between residential and retail, indoors and outdoors, home and hospitality. We invite you to enjoy our menu of timeless classics for brunch and dinner, and a selection of wines from esteemed vintners in the United States and Europe.

Reservations are available to book up to 30 days in advance. Outdoor tables are available with weather permitting.

Reservations booked for indoor tables are not able to be moved outdoors. Reservations for outdoor tables are not able to be moved indoors. Be mindful when booking whether your table is indoors or outdoors.

I had big expectations coming to this place. Unfortunate, I had to wait 45 minutes to be seated even with a reservation I made 1 month ago and getting there 10 minutes early. When I asked (3 times) they advised me that they were waiting for tables to clear. When I checked the 4th time , the computer showed they marked me as “ no show” even though I sat on the couch in front of the hostess waiting patiently. After all this, the food was mediocre . I won’t be coming back to this site esp when other rooftop restaurants are much better managed . Perhaps this hostess needs a bit more training in her job.

Outside on the rooftop is fantastic. Unfortunately the food and service do not meet the same level. While the ribeye was delicious and perfectly prepared, the salmon was fair. There was some issue with the fryer? so no fries or crispy artichokes could be had, which was disappointing. (The complimentary housemade chips, while a nice gesture, did not make up for the MIA items.) Service improved over time, likely due to other demands inside. Curious why we couldn't be seated when we arrived when tables were available. Definitely would return for the view and the ambience, would get the steak (and the burgers, which looked great).

This was our first time dining at RH Rooftop. We were warmly greeted by Joseph at the front desk. Then a delightful Levi escorted us to our outdoor table. Lovely views of the West Village (we just moved in 2 blocks away). Our server, Madison was exceptional. She knew the different wines and had a thorough knowledge of each dish. She was great! We had a wonderful time.

The food was very good and the location and setting were wonderful. The challenge is there is no bar and the Matre'd did not want to seat us until all in the party was present, This makes sense when the person first arriving is able to wait in a bar, but this is not an option at thgis restaurant. If the furniture was more plentiful for sitting comfortably in the waiting area it would help.

I rarely write reviews but the service was truly one of the worse I have experienced in NYC. It took forever for them to seat us even though the outside area was empty. It took forever for them to take our order but the terrible part is that half of our order never came. The 4th entrée out of 3, arrived 15-20 minutes after the first 3, and our sides never arrived. When we let the person who was assigned to our table know, she just said, "our kitchen is really backed up right now" and there was never a follow-up. The crowd is extremely tourist-y. The setting is stunning, the food is good, and the location is wonderful, but be prepared for a very disappointing experience overall. Lastly, the hostess must have been told by management to be as unpleasant as can be. Multiple groups complained about her.

A beautiful view of the downtown area upon the rooftop. Had a bottle of prosecco with my party and had a great meal. The meals though it may seem small were surprisingly filling. A great spot overall.

We came here for a birthday brunch. Food was good (burger, lobster roll, egg scramble, and truffle grilled cheese). Service was great. Our waiter, Mark, was awesome. They even surprised the birthday girl with a cookie with a candle. Beautiful space as well.

The outside atmosphere was great. 4:30 on a Friday and it was busy on the inside and peaceful outside. There were a lot of bees outside and it was a problem for a lot of people and there were a lot. It seemed like an issue they really have no control over. The service was exemplary. I had multiple people waiting on me. To the point where I don’t know who my server was but I made decisions based on recommendations and I’m glad I did b/c everything was great. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. The waiter recommended the Francois Labet and I thought it was great. Had the chicken to go with it and enjoyed the view of the city. Highly recommend!

Since arrival hostes attitude was tense, she simply "forgot" my table until I made eye contact and suddenly remembered me. Got a table at the terrace, full of bees. The waitress forgot to bring me water, till the end of my lunch. She barely went to attend. At the end, left my check and forgot coming back so I could pay. Had to walk to the entrance of the restaurant with the check to pay!!!!

We love RH and have been going since opening. Unfortunately it seems to be going downhill. The bread that is always soft and crispy was cold, the waiter never came back to fill our waters in the 3 hours we were there. The manager was very rude when we eent to take the other elevator. Instead of telling us after hours the other ways are closed we were shamed for going to the other elevator. Overall the service and experience was very below par. I would say this is a fluke but it has happened many times before. We come back because we love the other locations around the world. Level up RH

My partner and I had a MARVELOUS time at the restaurant. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The ambience was stunning. The view and weather was perfect. And the food and drinks were amazing. Would absolutely recommend RH Rooftop NY to my friends and family.

Great for the ambience! If you are going for a culinary adventure, I would seek something else. But if you want an extremely calming, beautiful, and instagrammable place to eat where the food is still delicious, I would make the reservation to come again!!!

Food is so delicious. It is a beautiful place wether you go during the day or evening. Please know, it does take some time to get your food after you place your order. This is why I wish they had more of them so they could come by more frequent to refill water/drinks. However, all the waiters are great. You have to try the charbroiled ribeye and the warm chocolate chip cookies!

Myself and friends had brunch today and it was brunch taken to a whole other level. The restaurant itself was absolutely magnificent and the staff friendly and the service excellent. The manager Annmarie was so lovely and our sever Patrick was also excellent. The food was beyond delicious, everything from the Chartreuse board to the homemade warm chocolate chip cookies. I will definitely be going back!
