   Terrible service. Crammed into a table between two other tables. The Broccolini appetizer was five spears. Had to ask for plates and silverware. Over priced food.

   The ambiance at RH is lovely! I wish I could say the same about the food. First off though the service was very good, from the host to our server. We started with the artichoke appetizer which was delicious. And next the gem salad also very good but after that it was all downhill…… My daughter had the lobster roll which arrived cold. We quickly returned it to the kitchen. It came back just ok she said. I ordered the burger….who can’t cook a good burger? But it was two very thin patties overcooked and dry and cold. Are you kidding?!? I sent it back and another arrived hardly any better. I ate half of it but it was pretty bad. The prices are steep here and I don’t mind paying these prices if they he food is deserving but this was not! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

   love the RH store, but the restaurant experience in Jacksonville was terrible. Despite having a reservation, we were told the 'kitchen needs a break' and waited 15 minutes to be seated. Service was painfully slow, with no communication. After waiting 20 minutes to order, we were told another 10 minutes later that the roasted chicken was unavailable. Things only got worse—my friend's food took an hour to arrive, silverware was taken away and not replaced, and we had to grab it ourselves from another table. The server never returned to check if we needed anything, ask how the food was, or offer coffee or dessert. The disorganization and lack of care are completely unacceptable. This experience doesn’t align with the high standards associated with RH. We will not be returning!"

   We try a lot of different restaurants around the world and don’t mind the cost, however for the amount we paid wasn’t worth what we actually are. The food options could have been a little better, my chicken sandwich was burnt.

   RH is a beautiful space, stunning! Food is delicious! But service is lacking! We were seated at the front table. Choose something different if they seat you there. Immediately behind you, the servers are using the space for water and dishes , making a racket right behind your head, making it impossible to have a conversation with your guests.. To the credit of the managers, they quickly alerted staff to the issue after I mentioned it.. However, the waitress seemed very spread out, 20 minutes to wait for water! Drinks finally came after that , we had to flag her down to place the food order.. Not the attention expected, as she had many other tables! They have runners who brought the drinks and food, but never had the waitress overseeing the service!

    Food was just ok and did not reflect the price. Service was excellent. Superior actually. Ambiance was good. Great place for a glass of wine and an app.
