   I had dinner reservations for two high school kids for prom. We were waiting outside about 15 minutes prior to our reservation time and were told that we had to wait outside the gates and that we are not permitted to take pictures. I explained that we had a reservation for dinner and we were still told to leave until it was closer to our time. No one in our party was taking photos. We went back at our reservation time and treated so poorly and they acted as if we should not be there. We again told them we had reservations and the staff was very rude to us and told us we are absolutely not permitted to take any photos during dinner. After we got upstairs, we were again told no photos permitted in the restaurant. Our kids were clearly not welcome to dine there. The service was poor and they were rushed out. It is unfortunate because the kids were so excited to start their night with a great dining experience and were treated with such disrespect before they even got into the door. The restaurant was not even 1/2 full on a Saturday night in a major entertainment and retail space. I imagine it is because of the way they treat people.

   The servers on the top floor were nice, but when you get to the second floor .. they are really rude if you stand around for one minute they go up to you and tell you that you cant do that .. i had my stuff on one side of the mirror like on the floor , i was going to pick it up as i was fixing my hair and the lady rudley said its a rule to not have stuff on the floor or take pictures at the mirror

   RH Rooftop has officially become my go-to restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.    Fantastic doesn’t even begin to describe our experience at Brunch today. With a stunningly beautiful backdrop of this restaurant, plus the deliciously prepared food, AND the spectacular service, we couldn’t have wished for a better place to celebrate my mother’s 81st birthday.

   The restaurant is beautiful but the overall experience is just meh. The food is not that great at all. But if you want photo ops and vibes this is your place!
