I have been here before and have had good experiences. Not this time. The bottle of white wine was room temperature. It should have been chilled. The server did not notice when he poured a small amount to taste. So I told him to ice it and we'd wait. Even on ice, it took a long time to cool. How is wine stored at this place?? After a bit we each ordered an app and a main. In a normal amount of time, we were served both app and main at the same time! This is not standard service. When I asked to have the mains taken back, he said "I thought you wanted them at the same time." I said, "I never said that. That would be an exception to normal service so I would have had to ask." The server was nice enough but who is training the staff?!?

As always, my Wife and I had an Amazing night at RH Rooftop. The service and dinner was excellent! We come every year during the Summer Solstice, and there's no better place to be on the longest day of the year than RH Rooftop. We sat outside and had a wonderful view of Manhattan, and on a clear night, you can see the sunset reflected off the windows of the buildings. I ordered the RH Rooftop Burger which I highly recommend. My wife ordered the Mini Lobster Rolls with Caviar- and although very delicous, the portions are small. So she also had a Classic Ceaser Salad which was also good. Remember to always order their signature Chocolate Cookies. They come nice and worm and gooey! The staff is very nice. We were greeted with smiles. The atmosphere is sophisticated and the customers are attractive. And we also love browsing the furniture rooms if we arrive early. It's so relaxing. We can't wait to come back next year- Summer 2026!
