    Waiter didn’t write anything down. Brought 2 wrong apps. Never got the one we ordered. Didn’t get one side until we asked about it. Came basically after we finished eating. Food was mid. No apology. Blamed the kitchen. Ambiance was pretty.

    We were seated on the outside for early dinner but the sun was blazing hot and they could not open the umbrella for shade. They said due to the wind. But the sun was unbearable. We spoke to the manager who was able to get us a table inside after about an hour but the mood was ruined. Everyone was tired and hot and just wanted to leave. We stayed because it was a special occasion. Our server was changed three times!!! That felt off... The only thing the manager did was comp the asparagus that came late. For such an expensive restaurant I would hope they up their game. After the check came and I submitted my card, they brought it back and left. We saw Noone to collect the cash tip and receipt. We left without anyone thanking us for being there. It was not a good experience.

    My best friend had a great time celebrating her birthday at RH Rooftop Restaurant. She always wanted to come here for dinner and I’m glad I was able to make it happen for her birthday. It’s a beautiful thing to experience good food with people you love dearly. Definitely will come back for brunch

    As always RH Restaurant had an amazing ambiance and service. Food and value were good. The NYC RH location is right on par with the Palm Beach Florida location. Overall a must visit.

    This afternoon, I found myself in a place that felt like a scene out of a dream — RH Rooftop Restaurant. The sunlight spilled gently through the glass ceiling, dancing across the crystal chandeliers like something out of an old Parisian film. Surrounded by trees and quiet conversation, the air felt lighter, almost sacred — as if each breath had the power to cleanse the noise of the world. On the table: familiar flavors, reimagined with quiet elegance — smoked salmon, crisp bagels, a whisper of caviar, and lattes with hearts floating on top. Each dish didn’t just feed the body — it whispered softly to the soul, “slow down… feel more deeply.” I think the most precious moments in life are not the loud ones, but the still ones — when there is light above, someone kind beside you, and peace quietly blooming within. Thank you, for this meal. And thank you, life — for always giving us small galaxies of grace, if only we remember to notice them.

    We ordered ice teas and they were delivered promptly but without sweetener. We asked for sugar and waited forever to get it. Server was MIA. Ordered chicken extremely well done because in the past I had been served the chicken (for on top of a salad) rare. It came pink so I sent it back and again said I want it super well done. It came back the second time just moderately cooked. The third time was better but I shouldn’t have to send it back twice.
