Isaac was our server and he and team did an outstanding job on Father’s Day. Tables are quite close together and due to that conversations from each table are overheard. For a better experience I wish this could be addressed. Food is always excellent!

While I've enjoyed RH and its great ambiance a few times before, this was unfortunately my worst experience yet. We came for a quick brunch to celebrate our anniversary and although they were understandably busy due to the holiday, with a reservation made and a terrible seating placement, we waited more than 30 min for our food alone, which wasn't correct yet we decided to just eat it since it took so long and others were standing waiting to be seated. We sat with no attention from our server for the entire meal consumption with no drinks refilled or even a scan over to our table to ensure that all was well. When we had finished eating we tracked down our server asking for the bill and sharing with her the lack of attention and poor service outside of the long cook time, which was out of her control.

Hanna, our server, was great! We had to move tables because there were kids being super loud, and jumping on the booths. The parents did nothing to control their children. It disrupted our ladies lunch. Fortunately, we were able to move away from them. Food quality is always top notch and consistent. Will return because I know I’m always getting a nice meal

Honestly the restaurant was almost empty but they insisted on putting all 3 parties not with one another right on top of each other. So frustrating you literally could eat off your neighbors plate if you wanted to! For the price of this restaurant I see no reason why you seat people like that! Spread them out a little. Not all at one table. Honestly if this is what I'm paying for there are other restaurants in the Town Center.

My husband and I took our adult son to RH to celebrate his birthday. The setting is bright and inviting. We were seated by the fountain but unfortunately, behind us were 3 large tables of very loud woman, somewhat hindering the serene environment we expected. Dillon provided excellent service throughout. The food was very good but not exceptional, given the high prices. We split an order of the burrata - delicious but for $22, we would have expected to receive more than 4 small pieces of bread to complement the mound of mozzarella and roasted peppers. For our next course, our son ordered the burger, my husband the French dip, and I the lobster roll. The prices varied from the mid $20s to the mid $30s, again high given that the sandwiches are a la carte and served on a large plate with lots of open space (the sandwiches looked "lonely"). The two sides we ordered, French fries and sweet potato fries, were very tasty but the portions were quite small for $11 each. We knew when we booked that the prices were going to be high so that was not a surprise. The quality of the food, although very good, did not meet our expectations given how much higher the items cost than at other upscale restaurants in the area. Corkage fee for the bottle of wine we brought was $25 as expected. And our son was given a large chocolate chip cookie was a birthday dessert, a nice touch. I recommend RH for a unique experience in a beautiful setting, as long as "value" isn't your top criteria for a meal and you don't seek a quiet setting.
