Our waiter barely checked on us! He kept going to other tables and skipping over us, we received our salads and waited a whole 40 mins for him to come back and ask us what we wanted to eat . We ordered 2 chicken plates just for him to come back and tell us they only had ONE left 😒 if he would’ve been more prompt getting our order that wouldn’t have happened, the food was pretty good…but the ambiance is beautiful ngl. Over all would go back just hope i get a better server

This place used to be SOOO good. It's gone downhill. I paid $34 for a piece of salmon that was raw inside and another $20 for a warm glass of rose.

The restaurant is beautiful. We were so happy to be seated right next to the fountain. Our server was excellent. She was very attentive and even offered me an iced tea to go at the end of our meal. The food was delicious. The truffle French fries were exceptional! The only thing that bothered us was the temperature of the restaurant. It was very cold. Lots of diners joined us in eating with our jackets on. That’s the one thing I clearly remember about eating at your restaurant- it was so chilly!

Our waiter JJ was excellent, if every waiter was like him all restaurants would rank 5 star on service. The food was okay, I had the half roasted chicken that come on top of potatoes. Wasn’t enough potatoes and chicken was okay but not the best. My date has the ribeye which was great. Their homemade steak sauce was to die for also. Overall s great night. I recommend

We always enjoy the food but the room was much too cold to be enjoyable. We were also asked by our server "what are you celebrating today?" That struck us as very odd. RH is a nice place for a lunch but hardly a venue where we would "celebrate" anything.

What’s not to love about this place? We made reservations at 10:45 and there was little to no crowd. The ambiance is fantastic, staff is friendly and helpful, and food was above and beyond. My wife and I both ordered the burger and shared the fries. She had the hot tea which she loved and I ordered the Peach Bellini over the Mimosa. The tea and the Bellini were both excellent. Great place to grab some good food then go shopping and then walk over to the Mall for some of the best shops in town.

It would have been 5 stars if the waiter had come over and checked on us.. My broccolini was charred too much and tasted burnt, I never got a refill on wine or water, and because he never checked in, I wasn't able to share this information. He served the people who sat across from us, checked on them multiple times, but failed to check in with us during our meal. He was there to take the order & cash out the tickets.

I really enjoyed the food, and I really enjoyed our server, JJ. However, when we were greeted by the ladies at the hostess stand, I received a very cold reception. They immediately said, “can I help you?” instead of welcoming me into the restaurant. I almost wanted to walk out. I’m glad I didn’t because other than that it was a delightful experience.
