   We arrived an hour before our reservation (made 3 weeks ahead of time as i’m visiting from Miami) & got a drink at the bar. Everything went smoothly until our 7:15 pm reservation. We weren’t sat until 7:45 pm because the “table before us wouldn’t leave,” which is fine but then why did I make a reservation? On top of that, the support staff was incredibly rude. We went upstairs to take pictures 10 minutes before closing & were rudely shut down by the staff. Like eyes being rolled at & rude comments being made. I’ve not experienced that kind of service before from a place that considers themselves an edge above the rest. We even explained that I’m visiting & just wanted a picture on the roof all together…. Terrible service & experience, which is really unfortunate because we just wanted some nice meals, cocktails, & pictures together. Won’t be back, & neither will my friends. What a waste of $800!

   Absolutely AMAZING EVERYTIME!!! The food is hot & delicious, presentation is beautiful & the servers are so very nice & welcoming!!!

   We dine here often and always have a wonderful meal. Unfortunately this time 2 of our entrees were either under cooked or over done. They kindly removed them from our bill. The manager was very kind and accommodating. Will absolutely go back.

   This is a beautiful place for drinks and a light lunch. You definitely pay for the RH brand versus portion of food you get for the price. Regardless, we frequent this place often for the ambiance!

   Great food and service. Ambiance is great but way too expensive for what we had. They really need to lower the prices. That’s the only complaint we had was the cost.

   Everything was good. Nothing was great. Our first time, and nothing made me feel like I’ve got to come back.

    My husband and I were in the area and wanted a nice, not-too-casual dinner; in addition, I wanted *atmosphere*. RH Courtyard was the perfect choice. We sat in the Vault/Bar area, which with the background music provided a Vegas feel. Lexi was a wonderful server. We both chose grilled shrimp--very simple yet beautifully done--and fries. (Don't judge me until you've tried them.) We also enjoyed white wines--a Chardonnay and a Pinot Grigio--by the glass. We had spoken recently about the tendency for otherwise top-notch restaurants--with expansive lists of wines by the bottle--to offer only "OK" wines by the glass. Our wines at RH Courtyard were so good that we looked them up afterward with intention to buy them for our home.
