I can’t recommend this place. The lobsters were over cooked. My chicken was burnt and I thought the skin was a bone. The steak was burnt. The app and dessert were definitely sitting for a long time before being served bc the raspberry sauce was gel stuck to the plate. The soups were good but the shrimp was stale or old. Very disappointed. For the price we paid, it really should have been prepared better. I’m still sick from the 12/31 meal. :-(
Revolution Chophouse is an outstanding place for dining. The atmosphere is a quiet Oasis away from the bustle of the casino, and the food is absolutely top notch. The NY Strip steak I had there was generously portioned and one of the finest I've ever enjoyed.
The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. Our waiter ignored us for the entire meal and never checked to see if everything was alright or if we needed anything. We literally saw him only when he took our orders and then not again until he went to present us with the check.
The reason I gave a good overall (should have given lower) was because it was very slow getting our meal and this was discouraging because we advised that we had a show to catch. Our main courses arrived 15 mins before showtime. Also, the calamari appetizer for I believe $10 could fit into a very, very small dessert saucer. Normally, u can share calamari with the table! Very disappointing! It was the most skimpiest offering of calamari I've ever had! I've eaten at MANY restaurants (thankfully). The biggest regret of my meal was that we were celebrating my husband's Birthday and other than saying Happy Birthday to him when we arrived...that was it! No special dessert no other acknowledgement nothing!!! I've never been to a "nice" restaurant EVER where they treated u so shabbily in this area! With that being said, our waiter and bartender were extremely nice and that made up for a lot!
Talk about a Jekyll & Hyde restaurant. Our previous visit everything was perfection. This time not so much. My wife ordered a heirloom tomato salad doctored up which they were happy to do but the salad sucked. The tomatoes were mealy, stringy onions, the whole thing not very good. We explained this to our server who responded that some people enjoy mealy tomatoes served this way. He eventually did remove it from the check. I had the shrimp chowder which as a kick but really no flavor. My wife’s lamb chops were so salty. Very over seasoned. I had the fish of the day, a stone bass or it should have been called stone bad. It tasted as if it was cooked before and just warmed up. The bread wasn’t fresh. Maybe dining on a Monday night isn’t a good idea. Besides that everything was outstanding! (My Heineken & my club soda) Need to find a new place to spend my casino comps.
I noticed the manager going from table to table checking on diners but missed stopping over at ours. Coincidence? Maybe. But he would have gotten a earful
I would not recommend this restaurant at all. While the food was very good the service was awful. It took over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and it was a a manager saying our waitress was right behind him as he rushed by our table and it was still 5 minutes till she came to our table. Then it took over 15 minutes just to get drinks. The waitress never checked on us throughout our time there. The manager never came back to check on us again. There was also a large group that was extremely loud and yelling right off in a side dining room. All of this ruined the entire experience which was to be a quiet date night for the two of us.
The floor surrounding our table was absolutely filthy when we arrived despite the fact that it was a 5:30 reservation. Our server Michael seemed intoxicated. He spilled soda all over my son, himself, the table, and a phone, and didn’t even notice (despite that it was dripping off of his hand). He seemed to have a hard time even explaining the specials to us and kept trailing off. Service was unbelievably slow, although the person who brought water and bread was more helpful than the server. Our food ranged from mediocre to terrible. The buns on my short rib sliders were stale and very hard. The meat was dry. They seemed liken they had been made hours ago and sat out. Truly one of the worst dishes I have had anywhere. But our server was nowhere to be found during that portion of the meal and I was so hungry that I eventually suffered through them by picking most of the bread off. The wedge salad that we had when you first opened, and loved, was a total disappointment. The calamari was rubbery and tough. I could go on about the rest of our dishes, but the short version is, nothing was good. We will not return under any circumstances. It was such a disappointment because it was for my father’s 73rd birthday and we really wanted it to be special.
First time meal over the weekend. I frequent the casino and decided to try this spot for dinner. Completely impressed. From the attention of staff (managers stopping to check on the meal and service - ours that evening, Joe, was wonderful), quality of service (bartenders, servers and all wait staff were gracious and on point), the overall taste (the food was perfectly prepared) and value of the meal (pricing is in line with traditional chop houses $18-25 for pastas, $40 for filet, a la carte sides in $10 range) and the calm, warm, semi-romantic feel of the restaurant - it was a win-win overall. Looking forward to going back, trying additional items on the menu, and just stopping by for bar bites when we're not in the mood for a traditional dinner.
This is one of the few places that always has consistently good service, food and drinks. This past weekend wasn't any different. The drinks were spot on, the service was impeccable and the steaks were fantastic. I would go here for the roasted brussels with bacon alone, but all the food is incredible. From the busser who doesn't miss an opportunity to support a server on the floor to the manager who always stops by your table to make sure everything was up to par. The entire operation runs the way you would expect a high end steakhouse to operate. Our waitress (Alyssa) always had a smile on her face and never left us waiting for anything.
Last couple of visits we were disappointing but today everything was amazing. Dan took time to discuss the menu. We had a couple of featured apps. My wife had lamb chops and I splurged on a strip steak, which was one of the best I've eaten I had a premium Cabernet which was really good. Had to take our dessert home. Hope they stay consistent. Great meal
My friend and I each had a $30 VF food voucher. We used them for dinner at Revolution Chop. The hostess was friendly. The waiter was very good, and had remembered us from a previous meal there. His service was impeccable. I wish I remembered his name to give him a shout out here.
The meal was delicious. We had the shrimp bisque, and the short ribs with noodles. I've eaten here a few times, and have never had reason to regret it.
Being able to use our points to pay the balance due is terrific.
Looking forward to another great meal soon.
The appetizers (Clams Casino and Cheesesteak Dumplings) were on the small side, especially for the price. The clams casino was over salted, while the cheesesteak dumplings lacked in flavor. I had the braised beef pappardelle which was in a truffle and mushroom cream sauce. Again, the portion was a little on the small side, but the flavor was incredible. It was definitely worth the lack of volume - I would order this again. My boyfriend had the bone in ribeye with a side of mashed potatoes. Both were pretty flavorful, but nothing to write home about. For dessert, he had the creme brûlée, which again was good but was pretty much just another crime brûlée. I, however, opted for the white chocolate bread pudding and was not disappointed. It was dense and moist, and the flavors all came together very harmoniously. If I ever return to revolution chop house, there's no way I would order anything else for dessert. The service was good, though I found it a little confusing that we had two waiters working in tandem. I felt that we kept having to explain the status of our meal to each one as it seemed they did not communicate much with each other. Not a big problem, as they were very attentive and our glasses were never empty. Though the beginning of our meal got off to a rough start, our overall experience was positive.
From the reviews, menu prices & photos website was expecting a nice higher end restaurant. This is just your typical casino restaurant filled with people in shorts, t-shirts and flip flops. The experience a total miss. The waitress told us the specials & brought us water & bread but never asked if we wanted anything to drink. The water tasted of chemicals & was undrinkable. She came back, asked if we had menu questions. We said no so she asked us what we wanted. We ordered & as she was walking away had to catch her attention to ask for a glass of wine & my husband his drink. We ordered the special appetizer, shrimp stuffed with filet. This was bland & tasteless sitting on top of swirls of buffalo wing sauce which didn't go with the meats at all. Terrible! Wait staff are constantly buzzing around your table trying to clear dishes & ask if you if you need anything to the degree of just being interrupted trying to eat. I got my veal chop that I ordered medium. The first cut in was very rare, it was very fatty & mushroom sauce greasy. When I cut into the center it was completely raw & cold. My husband flagged down our server & we sent it back. They were all very apologetic & took it off the bill. They asked if I wanted it put back on or another one & I said I didn't want it. Through all this my glass of wine was empty for quite a while but after they rushed around about the chop & after I told her & the Mgr. 3-4 times I didn't want it re-made as we had to go to the show, she finally asked if I wanted another wine. 3 more people then came & asked if I wanted wine when the manager came out with another chop & again told her I didn't want it so they boxed it up and said we could pick up after the show. My husband order lamb which was nothing special & we ordered the steak fries as a side which were greasy and overcooked. When we got home the original chop had just been thrown back on the grill and charred. So the dogs got to eat overcooked veal chop.
When you want great location, service, relaxed and upscale setting, great food with reasonable pricing and can not seem to find all of this at other establishments go to Chop! From soup (reservations) to nuts (leaving), there is no comparison. Chop is the best, and the best choice!
We finally dined at the new Revolution Chop House Restaurant at the Valley Forge Casino in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania. We completely enjoyed everything. We were pleasantly greeted by the General Manager and other staff members. We thoroughly enjoyed our wedge salad, Ribeye, NY Strip, and cheese macaroni. Our server Eric was outstanding. He was accurate with our order and excellent at making our dining experience so delightful that we look forward to our next dinner at Revolution Chop House at the Valley Forge Casino.

My husband and I went for our 25th wedding anniversary. I got the filet and my husband got scallops. For appetizers I got the mussels with garlic bread. Everything was very tasty, spiced perfectly and delicious. I'm so tired of restaurants serving the same food, tasting the same as if I cooked at home. This was definately a treat. For desert they gave us a complimentary triple layered chocolate cake that melted in my mouth. And some after dinner champagne for our special occasion. We had 3 waiters attending us, very friendly but not overbearing. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a cut above the rest. Kudos to the waiters!
