while ok for steakhouse there are plenty of very good options with a 2 block radius. nothing special but it was ok.
Jason was an awesome waiter. But when the manager let the chef approach our table because I sent my steak back, was our of line. It took 3 times to get it and still it wasn't mid rare. Nevertheless I at it Med and it was tasty. The menu for the King of Prussia Restaurant Week was a good menu and the food was good quality and tasted very good I suggest if you're going to get a salad definitely get the Caesar salad it is an experience first for your eyes and then it was very tasty

Really enjoyed our meal. My wife said the filet was the best she's ever had ! My salmon was very good, but not excellent. Portions were very nice size, and the service was good, although a little "stuffy". Overall a very nice evening dining out. Prices are fairly expensive, but the food is overall top notch.
Had a wonderful 3-course Restaurant Week meal. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating.

Delicious food but took long. Place was not crowded so not sure why it took so long for our food.

Of all the steaks I've eaten, this is the best combination of everything in one place.
Our experience was top notch. From the moment we walked in to the hugs on the way out. That's right, hugs. The entire time we were there we were treated like #1. Now mind you there was no celebration on our end, just two friends enjoying themselves. Everyone from the front door and back were exceptional. Now let's get to the food. My buddy and I shared 4 appetizers and two surf and turfs. Perfectly presented and perfectly prepared! Aces to the entire staff all around. Def made my list!

Food was delicious!! I had the scallops and my husband had the short ribs. Service was exceptional! No complaints at all.

"I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. My family loved the food, will definitely be back. Manager and server were very nice.
Food was FABULOUS but service was sub par. Waiter served asked the men what they wanted to drink and gave them water...not the ladies. Didnt even give us water! Never gave us the customary bread..we asked as well..no bread. Left our dirty empty plates in front of us for over 30 minutes! Didnt come back to check on us very often and again...keep asking the men not the ladies how things were. Dessert took 20 minutes to get. We'd probably go again because of the food and just pray serivce is better
My husband and I tried Revolution Chop House for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The food was incredible! We were there on an extremely busy night, but our server, Tina, was so lovely. In spite of having to juggle the orders, special requests, and testiness of a number of customers around us, she never once lost her enthusiasm or graciousness. The manager went from table to table to make sure everyone was satisfied, and overall the people, service, and food was so enjoyable, we are looking forward to going back. We've recommended the restaurant to a couple we know who are steak-lovers, yet very picky eaters, knowing that they will enjoy it, too.
The food and service was exceptional. The French onion soup was one of the best I’ve had and I get it quite often at many different restaurants. I will definitely be back!!!

We took the option for the Valentine’s Dinner for 2 for $110.00. Our waiter was fantastic, Juan I believe his name was. The food was very good for the price and the noise level was low. We were able to add a few sides and an appetizer for extra money. I would eat here again.
I have read a lot of the reviews & I'm happy that I didn't let them persuade me not to dine here. Our food was delicious & the portion size was just right. Hubby enjoyed his steak. Luis, our server was wonderful. He answered All of my questions and even explained the different dishes because I was undecided about food selection. We would definitely dine here again.
I am sure on a regular day it is probably a great experience however today, valentine's day I had the worst experience. I was not seated until 9:45pm for my 9pm reservation. After ordering I did not receive my meal until 11:25pm. I was not alone in this delay there was atleast 8 couples who had the same experience 3 of which left without eating. The food once delivered was cooked perfectly but by that time I was pretty much over eating dinner.
The overall experience was pour.. even though I had reservations they OVERBOOKED the time and had a long delay. The service was slow with the food just ok. I have went there many times before and it was excellent but this was a bad experience. The hostess left the desk unattended for to long and there was no direction in who was to be next .. I also thought it was not right for casino host to come bump people so high rollers moved to the front.
Had a reservation for 8:15 got asked to come back in 45 min. Came back had to wait another 10 min. Finally to sit and have Raisin bread placed at my table. Really they ran out of bread but never said anything place it and walked away. Then the Waite started as finally they came around to give us water. No words to describe how nasty the tap water was. Ok so now we Waite on a drink. My husbands wine and my soda. Again soda was fowl nasty ice or something. 25 min go by my husband orders another wine. Haha 30 min pass watching water walk buy no wine. After starving and not eating all day food finally comes at 10:00 pm. Grilled shrimp ice cold with no grill marks. Sad part is the steak was really good. But they ruined my whole night did not finish my food because by now I was just annoyed and tired. It’s Valentine’s Day don’t act like you don’t know you will be busy. Very unprepared and seemed as no one cared. I will never return and was not the only people very annoyed.
Our experience started off horribly. The maître d’ was very rude and we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our table. The worst part was that they didn’t have a system where they would come get you for at the bar when your table was ready. So we had to ask for the manager who immediately sat us and checked on us through tour meal. They overcooked my wife’s meal so they didn’t charge us for hers and gave her a properly cooked one to go. The food was very good however. While it was Valentine’s Day and I could understand they were busy, there was no excuse for not having a system where they would call your name or let the bartender know your table was ready . It’s 2020 and they are a steakhouse. Again, the manager did a great job ensuring our experience improved and she was very apologetic.
Valentine’s Day, so expectedly busy. Reservation at 7:45, but did not get seated until 8:30, after forgotten about by hostess and others with later reservations seated before us.
Sat at table, and it took waiter 5 minutes to acknowledge. Ordered at appx 8:50-9:00. Salad came in reasonable time, but was literally just lettuce. Main course literally arrived after 10:00 (remember, reservation was at 7:45). Salmon was overcooked but not terrible, steak was slightly overcooked but had good flavor. Brussel sprouts were actually very enjoyable.
Drinks were terrible. Bar was busy, but had to really force the drinks down. Should have just switched to something pre-made. Did not complain to staff about drinks, but manager did comp drinks because of excessive waiting for everything.
I was very disappointed that an expensive restaurant was so much of a cluster, something you would expect at a Chili’s level. I can appreciate a slight wait on a busy day, but a restaurant only has so many tables, staff your kitchen and food appropriately. Maybe it would be better on an average day, but I will not revisit.
Overpriced, average food. We were packed in like sardines. Couldn't have a private conversation because the couple's on both sides of us were just inches away. Service was slow and unorganized.
The worst service I have ever experienced. I realize it was Valentine's Day but it took 1 hour to get a table after my reservation time. Once we sat I figured I would order a bottle of wine to save time, that took another 15 minutes to get than another 10 minutes for the waitress to find a wine opener. Once we finally ordered they brought our appetizers and salads at the same time. We then waited an hour for our entrees. The food was excellent but the service was less than desirable.
Took a date there for Valentines day. Made reservations and was seated immediately despite the busy occasion. Classy, romantic restaurant. Very nice ambiance, conversation level background music. Courteous staff and waiters. Food was delicious, visually appealing and arrived in a timely manner. Very nice having the Casino as an added attraction. Would strongly recommend this restaurant.
Our first time here and what a disappointment. When we arrived the restaurant was about 50% filled. We ordered wine. The Malbec I ordered had something floating in it so they did bring me a new glass.
The rolls were almost stale and flavorless.
My warm beet and pear salad was cold and fair from a flavor standpoint. We sat one hour and 20 minutes before our entrees arrived. I ordered a medium rare filet. What I got was a dry, cool to the touch, fully cooked steak. It was gray. When I showed the waiter he agreed it was not cooked to order and offered a free dessert. He said he knew we had waited a long time for our meals and the kitchen just couldn’t handle the orders.
Our sides were just as bad. The “grilled shrimp” was not grilled, but maybe steamed or boiled, and tasted fishy. The roasted brussel sprouts were shredded and mushy. My husband’s food would be rated the same.
We skipped the offer of free dessert and left with a bill of $175.00 for two, poor to mediocre at best, meals. We left a lot of food on the table.
We could have eaten at Morton’s or Capital Grille for this price and certainly will in the future.
I would hope that all reviews are read and action is taken with the management of the kitchen, including the quality of food purchased and the level of expertise the Chef has.
I have been at cheaper chain restaurants that deliver better food for half the price.
Great service. Jason was excellent. The food was excellent. Will come back.
Medium rare was more like medium well. My steak was way overcooked. Besides that, everything was pretty decent. Sides were average for a high end steak house. Food did take a while to arrive even though the place was almost empty. Servers were polite.
There isn't any words for me to describe the food and service. Everything was delicious. I will be back.
Extremely slow service! Food prepared at the wrong temperature.
I am a chef owner , i have never left a message on my credit card slip , asking to be contacted by a manager i have never left a 1% tip before this meal. Every table within earshot had every complaint that i also had, so ... asking for a guest check average of $80 plus per person .. without even a chance to have coffee or dessert , , some one in the management of this property , way above restaurant level, should be embarrassed for the present state of systemic failure that is referred to as revolution steak house.. i have reservations at the hotel again in may.. please fix this mess on your hands.. the entire evening was some thing i would prefer to never remember... save for ,the scallops , thankfully were seared properly... who ever worked the saute’ pans on sat feb 1st, should maybe get a promotion to G.M. , and the gentelman working as bussers should be training the wait staff.( they both had a clue and appeared to understand they were there to earn a paycheck ). just an opinion ... but one that i would enact if it were my property... i would try again ... but would reserve the right to have pizza delivered to table from local delivery if i even got a hint , the meal and ambiance would be similar to sat feb 1st... for now i would strongly suggest to all, dont fool yourself , all the bad reviews are spot on the $$$$$... shame on managers and property trustees..
Hello, I have a few complains . My wine glass had lipstick on it. There was flies circling the table.. it’s winter why are there flies?? My food took almost 40 minutes to get to my table. We ordered fish shouldn’t take that long. The bartender didn’t want to chill my drink my waiter had to do it. The waiter actually made this horrible experience a bit better.

Excellent meal, excellent service. Rahm was very attentive and helpful. I love the fact that there were only 4 couples in our dining area. We were not rushed. A lovely experience.

Our meals were excellent, although for the prices charged, I think 2 side dishes ( vegetables ) should be included. Our bill for two was $120.00 and we did not have an appetizer, dessert or alcoholic drinks.
Our waiter was excellent as well as the hostess.

Food was great, service was good but not exceptional for the type of restaurant. It was a Friday night and NOT packed yet the service was so-so. The food, beverages, location, and ambiance were great!
