Easter brunch buffet - the Chop House never disappoints. From service to presentation to quality of food, the brunch was wonderful. This was my first experience with a buffet at this restaurant, and I’d recommend it to others. They can handle a party of two, or accommodate a dozen or more. A great mix of breakfast and lunch items, ranging from French toast, made to order omelettes, carved prime rib and leg of lamb, with added delicious pastries and desserts. Reasonable pricing of $45 for the buffet, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages.
Service was excellent - efficient without being intrusive! We enjoyed everything with the exception of our desserts- flavorless! We will return and just plan to skip dessert!
Wonderful experience sums it all up. Staff was very helpful and the meal was outstanding. The manager checked in with us on several occasions to be sure we were being well cared for.
Great value for the price,
WOULD NOT GO BACK, MUSHROM PIEROGIES WERE ON COLD SIDE WHEN SERVED, CEASER SALAD WAS TASTLESS, THE ENTREES WERE GOOD
This is one of my favorite spots - hoping they continue to do well, but also hoping to keep it a “hidden gem”. Sit at a table for a traditional steak house experience. The servers are attentive and friendly. Sit at the bar for hearty bar bites, or take advantage of the full menu too. The bartenders are knowledgeable and wonderful. Great cocktails, great people - they (both) keep me coming back. As a shout out, Nikki is exceptional. From remembering you and your fave cocktails, to the quality of service and overall kindness, it’s a place you’ll want to revisit, even if you’re not in a casino mood.
Disappointing. Had to keep asking for water. Filet was ordered as medium-rare, came medium-well. Shared side-dishes arrived but no spoon to portion out the food. Been celebrating anniversary at VFC for 5-6 years and had an enjoyable event each time. This year it wasn't even acknowledged so we'll find somewhere else to celebrate in the future.
Ordered a steak, medium rare. Would have sent back if my waiter would have stopped by to ask how it was. Steak was cooked almost medium well.
The food was good, the service was good. Really pricy for the quality.
The food was excellent! The cauliflower crab bisque had a wonderful taste as did the roasted Brussels sprouts in a maple syrup. Our entrees were cooked to our tastes. And our waitress was attentive without being pushy. The entire dinner was wonderful!
To exspensive for little food and the side came out alittle cold
Our experience here for Valentines Day was not good. The service was slow, hospitality was not warm or inviting. The staff seemed dissolved, the manager was taking orders and serving. The waiter continued to bring other people food to our table and we had not even received our drinks yet. We were a party of three and a party of 6 sat next to us, ate and left before we even got our dinner. The food was good when it finally came out. Needles to say We will not be returning for a sit down dinner. You can definitely stop by the bar and get a drink and appetizers.
Dining room was adjacent to bar. Bar was very loud. Service was good but very slow. Patrons showed concern about wait times. Food was above average.
Waiter forgot about our drinks twice . Entrees took about 40 minutes to come out and my fiancé’s steak came out medium rare rather than medium and even after it was sent back, it looked like it was thrown on the grill for only a couple seconds so it didn’t make much of a difference. On a good note, appetizers came out almost immediately, drinks were comped for the wait, and my veal lark and. Russel sprouts were great once they came out
No draft beer, slow service , the prices indicate they want to be a top tier steakhouse but the ambience, service and setting doesnt. It's a decent Restaurant but not a top tier Restaurant
I ordered the fish of the day for $39. Highly disappointed. It was a small highly salted piece of fish and came with 3 pieces of cauliflower.
I ordered a side of sauteed mushrooms. Very small amt and was charged $11.00 . We dine out a lot and will frequent our usual restaurants where the food is good and the value tremendous
Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Price points are a bit high but the meal was well worth the price.
It is a nice restaurant but so different from when the casino first opened. While the overall experience has become casual, the prices remain high. Some of the food was great, the au grain cauliflower and the beet salad, other dishes were not so much. Our server Rom was lovely.
Amazing veal steak parmesan, excellent entrees, plus attached to a casino.
Very good experience. Noise level higher than expected
Being part of Valley Forge Casino complex made it easily accessible before gambling later in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The ambiance warm with minimal noise level. Every item on their brunch menu looked very appealing. We were served warm cinnamon buns with our cocktails before deciding on filet mignon, eggs and potatoes. Steak was so tender I could cut it with my fork. Eggs were cooked perfectly along with the seasoned potatoes. Coffee afterwards completed a wonderful afternoon meal. Will definitely return soon.
Sat at bar. Service was super slow. We asked bartender for a drink after sitting for 15 minutes and he seemed inconvenienced stating he was busy! Food was good. Never had a second drink. We were never asked.
Steak was ordered medium and received medium well. The waiter offered to change it but we didn’t want to wait
They should’ve gotten right since the first time
Cocktails great. French onion soup good. Steak and scallops way too salty. Been visiting this restaurant since it opened. Really needs a update. Seems kind of musty. Lots of choices in KOP now so to compete they need to freshen things up.
Mike our server is fantastic. We always request him. He definitely has your best interest as 1st priority.
Amazing steak and wine! Great anniversary dinner! We loved it!
Excellent meal and service.
Delicious food. Great vibe. My husband said best steak he’s ever had, hands diwn’
wait staff exceptional ,food served fast and hot.steak was outstanding.
My family and I went to Revolution Chop House yesterday for brunch. The waiter was not used to working the brunch shift so he didn't know the menu or if the bar was open but did his best to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. Turns out we were able to get drinks from the bar which was a plus as we wanted some mimosa's. They gave us free cinnamon buns for the table to start which was very nice. Our meals were okay. I ordered the classic benedict and the eggs were overdone (not runny at all). My husband only ate half of his southwestern omelet. It seems like they try too hard to have a fancy menu but it turned out to just be an overpriced meal that was just okay. It would be fine if you are staying in the hotel and want to grab something without leaving but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there for brunch. TIP: They have a $10 off brunch coupon on the website.
Jenna, the server was amazing. We went on NYE and our reservation was honored. This was our 3rd time at Revolution. The lobster bisque and the table rolls were amazing. The dessert and coffee was also great. The steak, lobster tail and the starters were awful. It was $100 pp and it was not worth it. We don't mind paying for good food, and service. This missed the mark and we will not go their for a 4th time. Again, great service with Jenna.
Overall a nice restaurant. I think we just picked the wrong time to go, New Year's Eve.
Fixed price menu, very limited choices. $100 per person. Open table not mention it would be like that. Open Table needs to be more aware of what the restaurants are doing! In the past open table let us book a table for a restaurant on a night that the restaurant was regularly closed which we found out when we arrived for dinner. Most diners not aware of fixed price of $100 and only special menu. We could hear diners comments when they sat down and first looked at the menu. I checked Restaurant web site later and it did mention special menu. Had to special order coffee. Some sort of complementary white wine served after dessert. Not sure what it was, no bubbles but very sweet. Our table was right next to a wall. Had to have it moved, as my elbow kept hitting the wall. No salt /pepper on table. no offer of a pepper mill when I asked for pepper. Were told there was a veterans discount but server did not ask for ID or apply the discount. Menu description said fingerling potatoes. Served some sort of unpeeled potato lump . Service was partly very good but sometimes lackadaisical.
Again, we probably picked the wrong night to try out this restaurant
Top shelf service from Tina.
We waited nearly 20 minutes just to put in our drink order, and only after we went up to the hostess to ask where our waitperson was. When dinner arrived, my prime rib was cold. On the upside, the waiter made amends for the wait by comping our dessert. Dinner portions were substantial and provided enough for a second meal of leftovers at home. I would try one more time. My mom loved her veal parmigiana
Meh. What a disappointment, especiallly having experienced the high-quality steakhouses at the casino resorts in Atlantic City and Las Vegas. The prices were exorbitant for mediocre food — hubby’s steak was overcooked, and I’m fairly sure my soup was prepared offsite and delivered in a tub. Our server was the only one working, poor guy, so our meal took a really long time. I imagine they can charge such high prices for such mediocre food and service because it’s the only full-service restaurant attached to the casino. You’re better off at one of the restaurants you can find around nearby King of Prussia Mall.
The menu was unique. You get what you pay for. The order portion was enough for two people. The service was quick. The atmosphere was calm, quiet, comfortable.
Food was great. Steak was cooked just right. Appetizer portions were large.
For a high end casino steak house the place is simply a total “”average”” dine.
My fiancee and I went back despite a bad 1st experience. Chef Nick made sure our return was much better and made it a point to stop at our table a couple times to be sure things were going well. This was something we greatly appreciated. Our server was very professional and courteous during our entire visit. Thank you to both for making our 2nd visit a 180° turn around.
Delicious dinner and Juan was our very attentive server. That’s the reason we keep going back!
The brunch menu was amazing.
