Inspired by Chef Johnny Spero’s global travels, yet rooted in his Mid-Atlantic upbringing, Reverie is a Michelin-starred fine-dining experience. In July and August, summer's vegetables will take center stage on our fully vegetarian tasting menu.

Please allow 2.5 hours for this experience. Corkage is offered at $75 per 750ml. Our cake cutting fee is $50 per cake.

We can accommodate some but not all food allergies so please inquire before booking via info@reveriedc.com. For the summer vegetable season, we are unable to provide a dairy-free or nut-free version of our experience.

    For July & August, vegetables will take center stage. Our 12-14 course vegetarian menu is offered at $190 per guest, with optional beverage pairings. A 20% service charge will be added to your bill. This charge is not a tip and 100% of this service charge is used to pay our employees' wages. Tips are not expected, but always appreciated. While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, please inquire about specific food allergies before booking at info@reveriedc.com or 202-525-2960. For this menu we cannot accommodate dairy nor nut-free menus.     Had a phenomenal experience at the Reverie. The hostess knew my name when I arrived and immediately seated me. I was expecting to be put off by a few courses with my limited history of trying different flavors but all 13 courses were impeccable. I didn’t feel like having alcohol and still the sommelier was a wealth of information on their delicious non-alcoholic pairings. I have been vegetarian for 13 years and this meal was extremely eye-opening to all the flavor profiles, nutrients, and textures I could have been enjoying all this time.

    We came for the summer vegetarian menu and got the NA pairing. Everything was delicious, service was excellent. Plating was beautiful and creative and I liked that they extend beyond NA wine and spirits into things like tea and ferments - several of the pairings were made in house and those were my favorites. Highly recommend!

    An inviting space with fewer than a dozen tables; two tops and four tops. Several tables have wonderful views of the kitchen, which dominates the L shaped room. Excellent cocktails. The dishes come out very nicely paced with no feeling that you're being rushed, indeed, few tables turned over during our several-hour meal. Dishes are artworks with flavors just as gorgeous and that are explained in detail. I think it's great that chefs (and they're all chefs, no 'line cooks') often present their dishes and love talking about them. Service at 22% is automatically added, which is fine by me. What wasn't fine by me is being taxed on the tip as well as food and wine. The menu you are given when you leave is too light on details, in my opinion. A wonderful, if not inexpensive, experience, the value of which I remain uncertain.

    By far some of the most creative and tasty food I’ve had… ever. The scallop was a favorite. The oishii shaved strawberry felt like I was digging and foraging for strawberries and then this little treat was under it. Definitely an experience. I can not speak highly enough about Johnny but also his beverage director. Unbelievable. Jen *round of applause* love you.

    We were celebrating my wife's birthday and had a sophisticated and thoughtful experience. The food was amazing and the service was equally impressive. The cocktails were very creative and well presented. We will be going back for more!
