Pleasantly surprised by this place -- went in with no expectations and left very impressed. The restaurant itself is really beautiful, so much attention to detail. The food and cocktails were both creative and delicious. Great vibes, good music that wasn't too loud. Excellent service. I will definitely be back.

Nothing looked like the presentation in the video they show on the site and all over social media. Food was mediocre didn’t taste that great I found the mushroom enoki was the best part. Drinks I personally was not a fan of. Was expecting a lot more out of this restaurant pretty disappointed when I brought my friends from out of town.

Food is amazing ! Expect unusual combined with unexpected and served with little twist. Definitely must try . service excellent as well .
One draw back - absolutely uncomfortable sitting arrangements ( dining near bar ) area . Renovations looks like started a while ago but never got finished .....

Was recommended by a colleague. The smell of burning sage was nice for the first 15 minutes and then became extremely overwhelming, especially since we were sitting in the main dining area. Food was just so-so and there are much better restaurants for the price. Too bad.

I’ve been to Reverie a few times now and the food, drinks, and service never disappoint! It is so beautifully decorated, very eclectic and whimsical.

We’ve managed to have Wes as a server every time and he’s amazing! So knowledgeable about the menu, and makes your mouth water with his descriptions.

This definitely a gem in the city worth seeing, and I will be sure to continue visiting!

The food, ambiance and service was great. BUT I was extremely disappointed that we chose to do the blind tasting. We thought that it would be a good opportunity for us to try different foods on the menu at a smaller scale. The waiter even said there would be things we could try that were not part of the regular menu. Instead, they just chose four dishes on the menu for us and served it to us and charged us per dish on the bill. If I had known they were going to do this I would have picked what I wanted in the menu instead of getting 3 salads and a $15 vegan dessert. I wish the servers would have informed us better so that we would have had a much more pleasant experience.

Food was very good,but small portions.Service was not acceptable,long waiting for a waiter to come to our table take an order,ignorance of waiter was very unpleasant
Also restaurant doesn't have a name above their entrance door,it was hard to find it.

Amazing food, amazing service and cocktails are outstanding! Book early as they book up really fast. Head waitor Wes and exexutive chef Jeff are absolutely amazing!

The most incredible food I've had in years. Definitely in the top 10 of restaurants I've been to in my life and I've eaten in some of the best cities in the world. Try the brussels...like the best hamburger you've ever had exploding in your mouth.

4.5/5 - The food and service were amazing--cocktails were balanced and creative, the food was innovative and delicious. We tried nearly the entire menu (it's tapas style), and were really impressed with a number of the dishes--but they do add up and a few feel overpriced. The decor is cool, but it still feels like it's being figured out: the back dining area had very bare walls, but the iron gate in the middle of the space is beautiful! Would highly recommend.

Service was excellent, food was creative and the cocktails were above average. My only feedback is that they need do a better job of storing their wines: in a wine cellar/basement/cold food etc. storing their wines behind the bar under the lights will only rune want could have been, a great Pinot Noir!

It was actually very dead when we went for dinner. Tapa style dinner and the drinks were good. The ambiance is spectacular and the staff were attentive, maybe because it was a quiet night.

I was there with my husband and our 9 year old daughter. It was really nice experience! Slow food, great cocktails, knowledgeable waiter... cozy atmosphere....It was my birthday...I picked up this place... happy we went there.

This place is such a gem. Atmosphere is dreamy in both decor and ambiance, while the food is beautiful, impeccably crafted, interesting, and delicious! Cocktails are a must try.
Definitely take a date here if you wish to impress!

Outstanding. One of the best dinners we have had in the city. Our waiter Andrew was very attentive, knowledgeable yet not intrusive. The black garlic braised beef tagliatelle was the highlight of the evening. Everything was very well prepared and presented. We are already discussing when we are going back and plan to bring more friends!

Overall there’s a lot of wow factor associated with this restaurant but just for the sake of it since it does nothing to enhance the experience, food or drink.
There’s such thing as “too much smoke” and we had multiple dishes and cocktail with smoked aspects that did not enhance the flavour or experience.
Cocktails were pricey and did not deliver to expectation: tasting flat and just alcohol-strong.
Food was visually beautiful but the octopus was overdone and mushy; the lamb was mostly fat with very little meat, and bread accompanying the tartar was too thin and soft. Best dish of the night was the Brussels sprouts, which was also our cheapest item.
The servers lack a sense of commonality with those they serve, using pretentious language and overly-lengthy descriptions of the food which became tiring quickly.
The ambiance was undecided in that it was was based on decently loud music but with bright lighting and constant bustling of staff.
Overall this restaurant was mostly show and this took away from the entire experience.

Don’t want to give this place too much hype because I want to come back here more than once, and I have a feeling it will get very very busy! It was amazing. Incredible food and service. Great ambiance. The tables are a little small if you are a party of four, but the squishing was worth the experience!

Had a great time last Friday night - food and service was amazing! Their truffle pasta is to die for and a must try! Cocktails were spot on, didn't have dessert or wine but I'd say those are great too. We had booked dinner for 7pm and were the only ones there, but people arrived after about 30-45 mins.. so next time will book a later table for a little more atmosphere.

This little place is lovely, decor is interesting and eclectic, background music was perfect for mood and conversation. The food was very well prepared and so scrumptious. All small plates so you can enjoy a few different things. The scallops were absolutely perfect, lamb breast was melt-in-your-mouth tender and tasty and the black garlic tagliatelle was delicious! Try the shishito peppers as an app to share!!!
I will certainly be back....
And thank you Wes for fantastic service!

My Wife and I have dined all over the world. We feel that our standards are very high.
Sometimes to high. We found Reverie at the Park through Instagram. I was impressed
with this marketing. The experience we had was not consistent with the reviews that
we read online. The Service and Ambiance were good. The food though was just ok.
Almost every item that we ordered was lacking a spice or flavor. The wagu beef is
not priced correctly. Yes it is wagu beef, however $20 for less then 2 ozs.?
We can see that with a little effort Reverie at the Park can be a top restaurant.
Not now though.

Service was great staff is really friendly and the ambiance was great. Food was good, highly recommend the smoke beef tartar and waygu on hot stone.

Only thing not too great is the value - really tiny portions for the price so if you're ravished you'll need to pad your wallet with lots of $:)

First restaurant in Toronto to charge my credit card 20% tip without notice. The waitress said the 20%tip was a must if we were 8 or more people at the table; we told her we were 7!! She talked to the manager and came back saying it had been a mistake, the 20% is a must if we are 6 or more at the table and that she couldn’t do anything, same as the manager. The manager told me he would emailed me a gift card, I haven’t received anything yet. Be careful with your credit cards , they charge whatever they want and then make up excuses and lies!

Great food tasting / dinner experience at Reverie about a month ago. Large diversity in the menu. Very original cocktails and dishes. it's all about the experience. We were a group of 5 with various diet restrictions and we were well catered / taken care of. Wes - the maître d'hôte - conveys his passion for food and for his customers by personalising the dishes and the service.

I will definitely go back, probably for the live Sunday night to see what's happening. It seems to be a good place just to enjoy a drink and the ambiance too.

The highlights were great original food / cocktails and impeccable customer service.

Excellent Cocktails, Excellent food. The ambience is a bit eclectic but cool. I normally wouldn't comment on the chairs in a restaurant but in this case, I have to because it takes away from what is otherwise an awesome restaurant.
