The Concept
Ṛtú(Seasons of India)

Revelry’s bar menu was crafted with a deep appreciation for India’s diverse climatic conditions, which give rise to four distinct seasons: summer, autumn, monsoon, and winter. Each of these seasons brings forth a wealth of fruits and vegetables, contributing to India’s abundant agricultural heritage and culinary traditions. Drawing inspiration from these vibrant seasons, we have meticulously curated our bar menu to embark on a flavorful Indian journey for your palate.

Our cocktails bear names in Hindi, the official language of India, adding an authentic touch to your drinking experience. Revelry’s menu is a creation brought to life by our Head Mixologist, Vince Varghese, in collaboration with Chef Rahul Rana. The dedicated duo of Vince and Chef Rahul has rekindled the cherished memories and nostalgic moments from their upbringing in diverse regions of India, paving the path for the inception of Revelry Chapter 1.

    This restaurant is exceptional. The food is amazing both in flavor and presentation. The staff is wonderful.

    Food was really good, flavours and style are spot on and lovely combos of different flavours from the across the Asian continent. The staff were really sweet and attentive. However, atmosphere felt a little at odds with the type of food being served. Super loud music which is great for cocktails in the bar, but not so great if you’re dining. Still we had a lovely evening and would go back for the food in a heartbeat.

    Typical dubai restaurant pushing for consumption . Good staff but poor English leading to misunderstanding. Poorly advised about spice level and quantity. Too much food at the end and addition in accordance . Noisy . And mainly obliged to open an account at OpenTable to making a review ....

    What a lively atmosphere! We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner dining experience. Everyone was very friendly & happy welcome us for dinner. Our server was very helpful in recommending what dishes to try. We would have opted for the more involved tasting menu but we were too het lagged to enjoy a 3 hour meal. Each dish was well portioned to allow sufficient depth in flavor yet not over filling. Highly recommend for a nice upscale casual dinner.

    All the meat served at the restaurant was prepared with care. Our server, Laxman, was wonderful and answered any questions we had.
