What a great way to spend my birthday! Our server was courteous, helpful and checked in often. The food arrived quickly, as ordered and at the correct temperature. Our sever suggested items for dessert that were just right. I also can’t say enough about the view we had from the window table (yes, it’s possible). Perfect way to end a trip to New York while staying in the Marriott Marquis!

Very poor food quality. Average service. So disappointed as I’m a Marriott elite. We thought it would be a quick breakfast on a cold morning. Sadly it’s was a $50 mistake. The food was inedible. Service very average.

This is a lounge restaurant in the Marriott Marquis Hotel. Around the restaurant are some shops and it is a mall feel. There is a transient, non-restaurant feel as people walk from the mall area into the lounge. It does not feel like a restarant experience. Needless to say, I will not return.

We ordered a steak and a pizza, steak came out first, the pizza came out 20 minutes later after apparently sitting for 20 minutes because it was cold. The pizza was removed from the bill.

We made a reservation but when we got there were completely ignored. I told the host we had a reservation and he told .e to wait in line without even taking my name. The delay cost us the chance to order from the menu because they had a cut off time. I spoke to a manager who couldn't have cared less.

Horrible service. Our waiter was rude, missing half the time, forgetful. We ended up paying our bill and leaving hungry to another restaurant in time square just ti get away from him. Awesome view if you can sit by a window. Which we did not.

I found the sports bar feel to the Revel & Rye Thanksgiving Buffet inappropriate. I was hoping for more relaxed ambiance. The food was just okay, although the desserts were really good. I guess I just prefer my own cooking at Thanksgiving… not the fault of your chef. No one came to ask if I wanted a drink off the menu… I would assume for $85 that one drink would have been included. Nope.

Went for breakfast while staying at the Marriot Marquis. The breakfast buffet was $37 per person and was in likeness to what you would get at a free breakfast in any hotel. Unremarkable. Service was sub par, slow to greet the table - difficult to get a check. Same thing at the Broadway lounge. I would recommend going outside the hotel for meals based on service alone.

I was hesitant to reserve a table for a Saturday lunch. The Marriott Marquis is such a big and hectic place. Our friends were staying at the hotel and they needed to be at a show at 2. It was such a pleasant surprise. Portions were large and everyone was happy with their food. Service was excellent

Excellent food and service. For NY prices R&R isn’t bad. Noisy but there was a college reunion happening. Not enough dining options in the hotel. R&R is worth your money. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

This experience was our 3rd to this restaurant on this trip to NYC but first at lunch. We had excellent service and were able to dine quickly and make our matinee Broadway play performance. The pepperoni pizza was excellent.

We were once again seated by the window in the beautiful Broadway Lounge connected to the restaurant. Not only do they share space, but our table came with a beautiful view overlooking Times Square. Piedro was an extremely attentive server. He made our dining experience wonderful and was able to accommodate our request to expedite the meal to make us on time for our theater performance.

John was an excellent server. We were staying onsite at the Marriott Marquis, which made Revel and Rye the perfect location for our pre-theater dining experience. We wanted lite fare. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her salmon, and my pizza was outstanding!

My husband and I made a quick trip to NYC to celebrate our 5th year wedding anniversary. While dining, we resided at Marriott Marquis. The service was fantastic and food was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and stay at both the restaurant and hotel.

Overall a poor choice for any occasion, unless you're stuck here. The food is mediocre, the service uniformly poor. From the hostess to the wait staff, the attitude seems to be "couldn't care less, rather be elsewhere." The waiters knowledge of the menu or the ingredients is nothing beyond what you can read for yourself on the menu. It's difficult to believe that this is part of the Marriott Marquis. In fact, I suspect it's a concession, not owned or operated by Marriott, where service is excellent and professional. Who trains these people? I have no axe to grind and I rarely take time to write a negative review, but my experience was uniquely disappointing. I would not recommend to anyone.

We were staying at the Marriott and had a breakfast and lunch there during our stay. The host was friendly and gregarious.They have a diverse menu with lots of choices. We both had sandwiches for lunch that were served promptly and were delicious. By NYC standards their prices are very reasonable.. I would definitely return to this location
