This is your classic, everyday neighborhood French bistro run by Chef Paul Magu-Lecugy & his wife, Laura. That kind of cozy little place you’d imagine in Saint Michel or Saint Germain. Not smack dab in the middle of the 'burbs. But lucky for you, that’s exactly where 5-star chef Paul Magu will be paying homage to the French comfort food that he fell in love with as a boy growing up in Paris. We chose Reve for an anniversary special occasion, and they did not disappoint. The outdoor setting was delightful. Waitstaff performed wonders with a full house of customers. Looking forward to our next visit.

Dining at Reve last night was wonderful! We chose to eat outside: very charming, beautiful garden, and nice and quiet (inside is noisier and tight on space). The service is always terrific: helpful, accommodating, warm and friendly, and very professional. The food is outstanding: fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly, plated beautifully, and just the right portions. Great cocktails and wine selections at very good price points. Mid-week (T-W-TH) they have some great bargains plus music on Wednesdays. I highly recommmend Reve!

The was outstanding, and the drink (the French 75) was off the charts. I had the Coq au vin, and my date had the Moule Frites. Both were outstanding!! But our service was impeccable. Our wait person, Arlene, was AMAZING!!!! She was truly a goddess. She was professional, compassionate, and very funny. I will be bringing friends and family back as often as possible!!

Wanted to check this place out for a while. On Juneteenth I celebrated here. Will definitely come back when family comes into town. The staff was extremely friendly. Both inside and outside see is nice. The food is beyond impeccable and beautiful plated. Can’t wait to try a new dish next time.

This is a very charming restaurant with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The food is quite good and we have eaten here a number of times. However, I was disappointed in my Manhattan as it was a very skimpy pour. We eat out almost every night and I always order a Manhattan and it is filled at least 3/4 of a regular cocktail glass and many times almost to the top. But this Manhattan was barely half of a glass and it cost $15. Also my companion felt that his wine pour was also quite skimpy. As a senior, I can only tolerate one drink and I can't order another as it would be too much alcohol. So I want a fair pour when I order my one drink.

Hello Maddy - Thank you for your kind words about the food and staff. You've been dining with us for many years! I'm sorry to read that you were disappointed in the Manhattan. We switched to a larger glass, and it is a proper pour (almost 3 oz of liquor). Accurate measuring is important, especially for people like you who are watching how much they consume. Our wine pours have been the same amount since we've opened and what has been poured each time you've visited which is a 5oz pour and is stated on the menu. If you would like a larger pour, we're happy to accommodate. We also offer half glasses of wine upon request.

Superb food and warm, personal service. Rêve has been our go-to spot for special occasion celebrations for a very long time—this time an anniversary. Chef Paul is a master of the culinary arts and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Merci Reve!
