Food was excellent, brisket taco was the best. Ordered the brisket , pulled pork and fish taco with three margaritas. Margaritas were kind of small for the $30 price tag. Service was excellent

I don't like giving poor reviews, but in some cases it is required. I will state that the service at Reunion was very good. The gentleman who assisted us was polite and very attentive. The food, unfortunately, left much to be desired. The pulled pork lacked a smokey flavor and there was no bark that should normally contribute to its flavor. The ribs, while they did have notes of smoke, lacked a resounding rub and were disappointing. The brisket had a decent flavor, but was overall fatty in nature. The sides that we tried, baked beans and mac n cheese were above par, but you go to a BBQ joint for the BBQ. There has to be better BBQ in the Boston area.

Not the best BBQ we’ve had, but not the worst. Everything was fine, but the biscuits were great! That was probably the best part of the meal for me. Good size portions, and they gave us a whole meal the next day. Service was pretty good. Otherwise, the place was somewhat empty- we were one of five tables to eat there on a Friday night around 8pm.

Their website says they have live music on Friday nights, but apparently that’s only occasionally true. The seevers we spoke with seemed to be a bit confused. Apparently there had been music the week before, but somehow there just wasn’t any this week. Very disappointing!

Reunion BBQ was a nice break from all the $$$ priced seafood restaurants downtown. The pulled pork and sliced brisket were juicy and flavorful, and the sauces were all tasty. I recommend the Texas BBQ and mustard-based sauces. I'm not a big fan of baked beans, but they (and all the other sides) were a perfect addition.

This place really flies under the radar—I can’t believe it wasn’t packed as the BBQ stands out as the best in Boston. Notable dishes include: —prime sliced brisket —fried chicken —biscuits!! —Mac and cheese —slaw —crispy potatoes Would avoid the pork ribs, not because they’re bad but because everything else was so top notch

I’ve been there before and was quite pleased.However this time I scheduled an impromptu meeting and was throughly embarrassed.Caveat being mice are unavoidable in the part of the city but to see them freely running thru the dinner area was a complete turnoff to my guest.Coupled with our host just being slightly apologetic I will not return or suggest this to my friends.This has become the place with the mice.Sad because my initial visit was great
