Our experience was absolutely amazing. From the second we stepped food on the grounds, it was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail during our whole experience was amazing, staff members who would wipe ice buckets to prevent a spill, the timing of our courses and the staff recommendations we're perfect. They had two glasses of sparkling rosé on the table as we we're sitting and multiple members of the staff came and wished my girlfriend a happy birthday. Our server Max was so awesome and his service was flawless and he truly made our experience. He is awesome! His reccomendation on the passionfruit sorbet really capped the evening and he truly did take care of us. I highly recommend this restaurant, it was worth the trip!
I love this place! I have been here several times and enjoy sharing this hem with out of town guests. Unfortunately, this last experience was a bit disappointing. Both the seri ice and kitchen seemed to be off. I raved about the pasta, however when it came time to order, we were told they were out. It was only 6;00 pm. Why weren’t we told about any menu changes at the beginning of service? Our table ordered a salad that never came. When we reminded the waiter, he said he could get one. We said we would still like to have it but only if we could get it before our entries arrived. It never happened. The menu was limited and not very interesting. So disappointed!
The setting/decor is beautiful. The hosts were prompt and friendly. Our front/main server was borderline rude, but the rest of the staff were nice. The burrata was amazing. Entree portions were small for 2 of the 3 we ordered. Lattes were solid.
Such a great experience!! Will definitely be back!
Setting is beautiful. The tables and chairs are OK...not great. They should be amazing and the service made us felt a little discounted. More of a bother. We ordered Salads, wine and entree's. Over all not a place I would return to for dinner.
Beautiful atmosphere! Arrived 10 minutes early for our 5:45PM reservation. We were constantly being rushed to order wine or appetizers. I’ve never been asked numerous times in a 15 minute span. We finally asked the server if they needed to move us to another table, or if they were overbooked. They said we were fine. The constant, “are you ready to order yet” continued. We couldn’t enjoy the scenery and company because they kept coming over from the order taking, to once we had food at the table it was the constant, “are you finished with this, may I take your plate”. The wine, burrata cheese appetizer and diver sole and was delicious. I wasn’t impressed with the broccolini or fried artichokes. The fish was $58 with no sides. We felt rushed as they give you no space to relax and enjoy your meal with the constant, “are you ready to order” and “are you finished with that plate?”. Some of the prices, like the fish, are overpriced. We will probably not be back.
Such a wonderful experience & the ambience was spectacular for any casual occasion. Highly recommend the French steak sandwich and the salad was out of the world.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this gem. The food, service and ambiance were all amazing. I will definitely return!!
Enjoyed the beautiful and relaxed setting, with great service.
amazing must see
Beautiful decor and very unique. I ordered the lobster roll which was delicious.
Beautiful place, serve was world class! Coffee bar/seating area is so fun
Interesting setting under living trees. Unique ambiance. Great burger and salads.
Food was delicious but had no decent choice of desserts. Ice cream , cookie, sorbet and bana split. No house made desserts were on manu.
I would’ve wanted to give this place a Max star rating as I heard good things about RH. Unfortunately there was a technical glitch in the ordering system (that was what we were told) that led to our main course being extremely delayed. However, the Manager was very apologetic and kind in addressing this issue. Apart from this, the rest of the food we ordered was very good. Ambiance was outstanding. We may return in the future.
After a day of wine tasting my friends and I came to RH for a birthday dinner and were greeted and seated immediately. Was very lucky to have gotten a last minute reservation change for a Saturday evening. The ambiance is gorgeous and very welcoming. The menu selection and wine list was great! Our server, Troy, was absolutely attentive as well as the other staff. This was our first visit to RH and we will definitely be coming back.
This is the most beautiful restaurant in Napa Valley, they cut no corners in their plans or carry out. The coffee was OMG amazing, it smelled so good that I actually chose an espresso drink over a glass of wine prior to dinner. The coffee beans are made just for their restaurant, impressive!
Sarah, the hospitality manager checked in with us a few times and was outstanding. She treated us like VIPs even giving us a tour after our meal. She insisted we try the banana split and oh my god, I felt like a kid diving in to the combination of yumminess on that plate. I also ordered a fried artichoke appetizer and the garlic bread shredded beef sandwich and a side salad the waiter suggested/paired with my meal choice. Everything was excellent and beyond my expectations.
We will be back and we will bring friends! It was a perfect date night and I'll be styling my home in some crystal chandeliers now. =D
Food was okay, nice setting-relaxing!
Service was cold at the beginning but it got better throughout the meal: I asked for recommendation and got told they are different. However, as the meal go along, service got better and they reacted fast on issue and corrected it immediately.
Food is decent and not extreme pricey (compared to Bay Area Price).
Environment is excellent but do note they cannot take parties larger than 6 due to table arrangement between trees and water fountains.
The food is fantastic and the ambiance of the place is truly remarkable. They have live trees growing inside the restaurant as well as beautiful chandeliers above every table. The place is a bit pricy but great for special occasions.
Outstanding food, service and ambiance
Day out with girl friend. Great restaurant, amazing service. Will definitely return
It was my husband’s big birthday. We were greeted with champagne. At the end they brought him a warm chocolate chip cookie. The service was excellent as was the food and, during the course of the meal, Nick and Sahar dropped by our table! Very fun and special evening!🥂🍾
Worth a visit. Small, quaint great service, food and beautiful ambiance.
Lovely experience, delicious food, could use more variety on menu
What a special place! We went in the evening, which is a must. You feel like you are eating in a beautiful olive grove with twinkling lights overhead and the fountain provides the relaxing music. You would think that with the fountians and hard surfaces that the restaurant would be very loud, but surprisingly you are able to carry on a conversation with your table easily. The food was excellent and the service was very good. We will definitely be going back!
Very romantic; lighting is beautiful! Service superb; food was lovely and not very fussy.
Eli was amazing!!!
We had such a good time here. Arrived a little early for our reservations and they offered to seat us right away since it’s a monday and was not busy at all around 4:45 but we took the time to walk around for a bit. Then we’re seated quickly and the service was amazing but the food was even better! I had the lobster roll and peach bellini and my boyfriend got the salmon and everything was so delicious!! Afterwards we went over to the wine tasting side and sat down and had some wine, perfect way to end the evening. Highly recommend coming here!
We always have a delightful time having lunch and getting in a little shopping (or picking up swatches) at RH - we’ve had the same waitress (Neli K) several times and she is absolutely wonderful, cheerful and helpful while letting us take our time over the delicious cups of coffee and warm cookies!
We’re excited that we’ll have one a little closer in Corte Madera but we will always come back to Yountville to linger among the olive trees and warm ourselves by the fires.
Food was a little over rated but we were the last reservation of the night.
Our server rushed us and then brought the check before we were asked if we wanted dessert. The chicken dish was rubbery in texture and was undercooked.
The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous, with lots of photo opps. It's an interesting concept with the tasting room, furniture store, and restaurant in 1 location. Don't miss out on the crispy artichokes, they are delicious. If you don't have room for dessert, take the RH chocolate chips cookies to go. They are amazing! They are finished with coarse salt....you can't go wrong with a mix of chocolate & salt!
Outstanding dinner, one of Napa’s best places to eat!
My wife and I split the bruschetta, ribeye steak, pasta, and broccoli.
Without a doubt this is our favorite dinner spot. Can’t wait to go back!
The manager was a complete embarrassment to the Restoration Hardware name and reputation. She acted in complete disrespect towards my friend and I all because we had stepped outside onto their patio area to take a quick photograph. On top of that, we had in fact informed our waiter prior to stepping outside of what we were doing. While doing so, the manager came outside fully screaming at us for it and when we apologized, she further continued to cause a scene by yelling at us. I have never in my entire life been treated so poorly while being a guest at a restaurant. The food was good and I had no issue with that but do NOT go here with the expectation of being treated with respect nor do I recommend taking photos here as that clearly came at a cost.
Great experience, new but able server, good food. Slightly salty.
We enjoyed the kind service and the ambiance especially the chandeliers and show rooms. We also enjoyed a tasting next door.
The menus could use a little more variety but the delice board with fresh baked sour dough was a treat!
My hubby surprised me on our 21st anniversary by taking me to this beautiful and amazing restaurant. The ambieance was perfect. Chandeliers everywhere, beautiful trees, and a gorgeous fountain in the middle of the main dining room. Words cannot describe how beautiful and romantic RH Yountville is. This service was first class, the food was delicious and the bottle of Champagne we ordered was perfect. Most romantic Anniversary yet. We will come back next year. Spectacular!
So fun! The servers were incredibly personable, the facility is gorgeous.
