Nuestro fundador Mikel Badiola trajo a Centroamérica el sabor inigualable de su querido Bilbao de la región Vasca de España. La aventura comenzó en 1998 en la Ciudad de Guatemala con un concepto de comida sencilla con ingredientes de calidad en un ambiente casual lleno de mucha alegría y tradición, donde la especialidad son los mariscos y carnes a la plancha, al mejor estilo de la gastronomía vasca.

Si no estás acostumbrado a un plato que no tenga guarniciones podrá no sonar convincente, pero cada plato es justo para la relación calidad/cantidad/precio.
