About this restaurant

A unique restaurant where you can taste the gastronomy of Segovia, our specialty roasted suckling pig, as well as other elaborations equally exponent of this cuisine. Just 20 meters from the Plaza Mayor of Segovia, with an unbeatable location in the historic center of the city, we find Restaurante Convento de Mínimos. Main room with 600 square meters, capacity for 250 people. Original dome from the end of the 16th century, from the year 1593, year of foundation of the old Convent. Height of the main nave, 14 meters, creates a magical and unique space. It also has the boxes or "balconadas", of its later use as the Principal Theater of the city, during the second half of the 19th century. These are located on the first and second floor, and become another space with more privacy for holding your family or business events.
