   Bamboo is an elegant and very comfortable restaurant. Very quiet too. We sat outside overlooking the pool. The food was delicious. We had the grilled vegetables to start. I had the snapper and my husband had the carbonara. Both were excellent! I think it is the best restaurant on the Punta Cana property.

   Restaurante Bamboo was a very relaxing and inviting restaurant. The staff, excellent from host to serving. During our Christmas holiday, we entertained this restaurant twice, both times, exceptional service and great food. Looking forward to visiting again in Christmas 2025.

   La comida y el servicio es sumamente cuidado y delicado. La zona de mesas en la alberca le restan elegancia al lugar pero la amabilidad y atención te hacen pasar un rato muy confortable.

   Joseph Stine the food and beverage manager has an extra ordinary menu to present and last night there was an excellent jazz quartet outside at the dining room which is located poolside amongst a tropical setting The staff, the service, the food and the presentation never disappoints. Tonight is a seafood special night menu presented by Mr. Joseph Stine himself. Can’t wait to dine.

   One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had over and over and over again. Bamboo is one of the best restaurants in the world.

   The meal was as good as any Michelin star restaurant. Christian the head chef is amazing. I wish I could create food like this. I’ll be back again and again that’s how good everything was. Service, ambience, was great. Noise level? There was no noise. Just how I like it.

   This is our third time in Dominican Republic and we always make several reservations during our stay at Bamboo Restaurant. It is always outstanding and never, ever disappoints. We have tried the red snapper Mediterranean, red snapper in green sauce,seafood risotto, eggplant tomale and so much more. Every dish was so flavorful. Going back again tomorrow night before we leave.

   This is our 3rd visit to the Tortuga Bay resort. Our favorite restaurant has always been Bamboo Restaurant. Last evening was very disappointing. The hostess and waiter were engaged in conversation so near our table it did not provide a quiet intimate atmosphere… also found the menu to be very limited and we don’t remember such. We ended up leaving the table and returning to our room. $150 was charged for 1 starter, 1 very small piece of snapper and 2 drinks… they delivered it to our room and we paid it!

    Fantastic experience. Food was very very good, live jazz music was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. Top place we dined at entire trip.
