With the construction of the Stübli in 1942, the great-grandson of the founder A. Gredig III created a place where enjoyment is lived and celebrated. In accordance with this long tradition, modern French and European cuisine par excellence is offered in today's Stübli. Here you will find light seasonal dishes as well as classic Swiss cuisine reinterpreted by chef Evangelos Tzakos. His career is outstanding: he is a citizen of the world and has worked in numerous countries. Among others in the 3-star Michelin restaurant Azurmendi in Spain. Before coming to Stübli this winter he worked at Sheen Falls Lodge 5* in Ireland. He pays homage to culinary art par excellence. His kitchen produces menus that have a high Gault Millau level.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, sowas haben wir schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Das stübli ist gemütlich und das Essen ausgezeichnet. Die Speisekarte ist wohl etwas knapp gehalten, 5 Vorspeisen, 5 Hauptgänge, 5 Desserts.

Reopened with a new crew. Great chef, the food was very good and so was the chardonnay by the glass. Very friendly staff.
