Had a lovely evening for my boyfriends birthday. The staff decorated the table and gave him a special surprise with his dessert he order (I let them know it was a birthday meal when booking). The staff were very lovely and happy to answer any questions we had about the menu and to take photos for us with the view :) We requested a rare fillet steak for one of our mains but it was cooked medium, which was a shame. But overall still a very good meal.

Das Essen war früher besser. Die Preise sind hoch, die Qualität hat leider gelitten. Beim Hauptgericht keine Gemüsebeilage, Fleisch trocken.

Food was good. Service was terrible. They stoppt serving us on the terracce for no accaptable reason. They said they would have to walk too far although we spent a lot. Not only had a coke or so. 4 mains all between 27 and 30 Euros.

Wir waren schon sehr oft im Restaurant Rheinterrassen, aber dieses Mal war der Service völlig inakzeptabel und scheinbar auch total überfordert. Wenn wir schneller bedient worden wären und nicht 20 Minuten auf eine Flasche Wein z. B. haben warten müssen, hätten wir sicher das Doppelte verzehrt (Getränke). Essen war gut.

Wir haben auf den Rheinterassen den 85. Geburtstag meines Vaters gefeiert. War eine sehr schöner Abend mit 15 Personen. Speisekarte hatte ich vorher abgestimmt. Wein Empfehlung zum Essen war sehr gut. Aufgrund der Vorbereitung, des guten Services und der sehr guten Küche, hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Wir wurde an diesem Abend sehr verwöhnt.
