Restaurant Orsay

It took the staff 30+ minutes to return to tell us they couldn’t find the bottle of wine we were requesting. They did end up comping the next best option of wine for us. The food was not what I expected for the price. I enjoy fine dining and this wasn’t what I was hoping for. Our waiter was great and knew the menu well I just felt it could have gone better.

Belated Valentines Day

Orsay is the best restaurant. And service and food I have a book. The staff are amazing the food is superior. A scale 1 to 10 is it 11 Not only would I be back I will bring friends. thank 😍👍👍

Orsay is always a favorite for my husband and me. Although the food and service is always amazing, we likely wont come back on a big holiday likes Valentine's Day. My plate was piping hot, but my food was only a little warm. I didn't tell the server because the flavor was amazing. Their cocktails, h'or dourves, and entrees are, without a doubt, the best in Jacksonville. Oh and their happy hour is not to be missed!

We always have a great experience at Orsay. Even though it was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was packed, we still had excellent service. The wine list is very extensive and the food selections are varied enough for any taste. We will be back.

Valentines Day

We had Oysters Orsey and Escargo as an appetizer, the venison and the King Crab Risotto as an entree. For dessert the red velvet cheesecake and creme brulee.Everything was great

Superb every time! One of the best, if not the best restaurants in Jacksonville.

We had a really good experience. The food was good and the waiter did a good job. The only thing that did not make this experience a 5 star was that the hostess put us right beside another couple when there were plenty of other tables available at 4pm. Other than that it was a great experience.

This was the first time I visited Orsay. The hostess was very pleasant, accommodating and very helpful. The Wait staff was super attentive. They were extremely polite and went out of their way to ensure my experience was great. The food was excellent from the appetizer to desert. A great experience over all. I am not usually a fan of the house wines, but the house blend here was remarkably good.

Wow. The food was impeccable and the service beyond words. The perfect place for a special occasion.

Really great food, they have 4 diamonds as the costumer service award. I agree, however, the ambiance, for me, it needs more updating. If they want to resemble a french restaurant, it needs to have more character. Food and service, AMAZING! Definitely going back.

If you are eating brunch definitely order the Pastry Board!

We had a nice evening here, sampling again some of our favorites--Rillettes were good though we prefer pork over duck; crispy mushroom tart was excellent. Steak & frites and Duck breast were all very tasty.

food was not worth the price. The steak tartar had so much mustard oil that it burned the inside of your mouth. The Chicken Fried Sweetbread was dry and its delicate flavor was overpowered by the coating.

Food is best in Jax, but service is always sub par. This was my fifth or so time here, and it’s always a struggle to get drinks refilled. My wife sat for probably 10 minutes with an empty glass of Coke. It’s always like this too. I expect way more, particularly as the final bill is normally over $100, so the tips get high.

Best Beef Wellington! Truffy mac n cheese was glorious. Our server Tony was superb as we were celebrating a birthday. Cocktails were fantastic.

We love Orsay and dine there often. They keep our notes to know where we like to sit, our favorite servers and more. Before our reservations, they will call to make sure they have us set up for everything we prefer. Staff and food is amazing!

Orsay used to be our favorite restaurant. It appears prices have gone up for both food and beverages, and now everything is a la carte and pricey for what you get. Our most recent meal was good, but not what we've experienced in recent visits. We have other options that are just as good, but not near as pricey.

Everyone at the table was raving about their orders. Great trout, venison, scallops and pork chop cooked perfectly. Excellent service.

Took my best friend to dinner here while I was visiting Jacksonville. She had never been. We were both delighted with everything. Atmosphere was great, service was outstanding and food fabulous!!! Had a wonderful server who provided us with a surprise birthday dessert for my friend. Expresso creme brûlée. Whole evening was just delightful!!!

We brought a friend from out of town to our favorite restaurant and as always Orsay delivered a terrific experience. The service from Robert and the food were outstanding. The entire staff including managers Jason and Danielle are always gracious and welcoming. Thanks again
