C is for Celsius. At C. Amsterdam we show the importance of temperature. Our menu consists of intermediate dishes divided in to temperaturezones. Experience a change in flavour and texture when prepared at 20-, 80-, 100-, of 200 degrees Celsius.

Great food and value for money. Had a great time meeting friends over good food and wine. We went for the 5-course meal which was enough food. Cadence for the courses was good except for the pause between courses 3 and 4 which was too long. But overall recommend this place for a fun evening and interesting food in a very friendly and relatively informal environment. We drank 2 bottles of wine and paid just under 100 per person which is a bargain for the top notch food

C = Great food & fabulous cocktails and top end G&Ts. Value for money great bits, extremely pleasent team all working together. 1.point all tables for 2 are on t he walkway, mix and match...Will be back again

Arrived 3 minutes early for a 6:00 reservation, checked in, and was asked to wait at the bar for them to open the dining area. I ordered a glass of wine and was horrified to see them fill up half the restaurant over the next 45 minutes, without honoring or acknowledging my reservation . The host walked by my bar table 6 times and never acknowledged me. I finally left to have dinner at a place with better service and nicer people. I don't think the restaurant was very familiar with OpenTable. Never again.

Heerlijk gegeten. Bediening was ook top. Wij waren helemaal blij en komen zeker nog eens terug!

Amazing tasting menu with gorgeous paired wine. Food was outstanding and the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. Definitely worth a visit.
