Le duo a fait ses armes à la Nouvelle-Orléans, et cette influence brille dans tout, du papier peint de fleurs de lys aux élégants plats comme les crevettes et gruau et le gumbo végétalien.

Philosophie

Our mission is "Bienvenue to All!" Our restaurant celebrates the hospitality and gastronomy of authentic, scratch-made Louisiana and Southern foods with a focus on environmental stewardship and our immediate community. Our menu represents the integrity and connections between our chef, our farmers, and ranchers. From mustard to sausage to biscuits, nearly every item is made in-house.

Operations make considerations for the environment, all people, and our community. We work closely with local farmers and we compost 100% of food waste. Wonderful dining experience. Thoughtful and well executed food. Appreciate the seasonal, local philosophy behind the progressive menu. Highly recommend. Will go back again and again.

We had the seafood market special and the fish was off and expensive. We were disappointed in the food. Our waiter was very good.

The hot sauce though made in house wasn’t very good in my opinion and they had no cornbread but serves red beans and rice. The beans were a little on the salty side also. The rest of the food was great though and the cocktails.

Excellent Cajun/Creole and a little southern food. Staff was friendly and attentive, food delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating available, with a small bar seating area inside. Very nice place.

Farm to table loveliness, fresh and delicious flavors. The care from chef to server was amazing — a must return.

Best gumbo in Dallas - by a mile. If you are from Louisiana and looking for a legit taste of home - highly recommend RB. Great atmosphere and wonderful food.

This is a jewel in Bishop Arts. You do not want to miss a chance to have some of the best food in Dallas.

We went for a special women-inspired dinner. We loved the vibe & the intent & the menu looked excellent. The Ramos Gin Fizz was fun & the Turnip & potato soup was silken, although I added a little salt. Endive, grapefruit & avocado salad hit just the right notes, as did the orange wine. The fish cakes were, well, fishy & the beurre blanc was too creamy to cut through the fishyness. Crab & shrimp lasagna was decadent and so rich there was not way to eat it all. The Brunello was lovely & not tanic at all. Brisket bouruignon would have been lovely had it not been deconstructed leaving the brisket feeling dry & barely dressed. The triple Valhrona Chocolate mousse was lovely and paired well with the chicory coffee. Really couldn't get past the amaretto/almond extract smell & taste of the old-fashioned, but others seemed to enjoy it, and I am not a bourbon drinker as a rule. Our serverr, Brent,was lovely & responsive. We felt the amicable vibe in the restaurant was positive & fun. It took us 3 trips around the block to figure how to get into the parking lot. The restaurant is easy to miss next to LaComita, so get specific directions, because I never found the Beatrice sign.
