Conveniently located next to the Arizona Memorial Visitor Center, it's the perfect place for military families, local residents or visitors who are just passing through to enjoy a quality meal with a breathtaking views and world class service!
Please note that we will do our best to accommodate your requested time, however due to high volume there may or may not be a slight wait in seating times.
Thank you, we look forward to serving you.
Going out on a date night dinner for Valentine’s weekend. The staff was friendly, plenty of parking, and it lived up to it’s reputation for an outstanding Bloody Mary. The food was good, but not great. The prices are reasonable, and the location is pretty nice. I’d recommend if you’re in the area sightseeing around Pearl Harbor, for a lunch or happy hour.
Casual dining on the harbor. Food is okay, value for your buck. Good live music.
We had a great time. Food & drinks were delicious. Table had a great view of the harbor. Nice music in the background. In all...excellent experience. We will be back again.
Excellent service, great food, and the environment. Awesome place for an afternoon get together, lunch as well as dinner.
Beautiful view and good service. Cobb salad was great but ahi cake was bland. Appetizers were all delicious. Noise level made it hard to hear especially if you have a large party. Small parties are ok.
For the second time we visited the waitress messed up our order. I ordered fried rice and received white rice. When I asked about this she said, oh its not available at this hour I will get you soy sauce. It was on the brunch menu. I few minutes later she came back and said oh it will be out soon and it did arrive in about 5 minutes so we felt like she lied. She also at one point briskly said do you have everything you need. This same waitress the last time we were at the restaurant did not put in my wife's order so we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for it to come out after my order came out. Other than the service of this waitress we really love the menu and the location. We definitely like that the restaurant now takes reservations which it did not do when it first opened.
The setting was lovely, right on the water! The service was excellent; the server was very helpful and attentive! The food was very good.
We were not told that our party of 4 had to all be present before seating us. Two of us were present and we wanted to start ordering food. Reservation time 12pm. The other 2 arrived shortly after 12pm and we finally got seated at 1230pm. Other than that, service was great and so was the food.
The place to go before or after a visit to Pearl Harbor. Great outdoor dining and views. Big menu with fresh food.
Took a while to get our reservations. Once we were there seemed to be a walk-in kind of place, many tables open. The live music was very good, albeit very loud. They offer a large beer selection, but wine selections are limited, mostly Malbec. Would prefer some nice US mainland cabernet sauvignons or some red blends. Plenty of parking.
The food was Ok. Not a bad place for happy hour or a working lunch; however you might be late back to work because the service is very slow. I have been to 604 numerous times and slow/poor service is typical. Even with a reservation, the hostesses weren’t sure where to seat us (only 3 in the party). It took about 20 min to get water. When iur server took our drink order, he wasn’t sure what was on tap. When I ordered a beer he left without taking the fest of our order, then returned 5 min later to tell me they were out of that beer. The food came out quickly enough, but when it arrived, we didn’t have napkins or silverware. When we asked for some, the server did apologize, but proceeded to blame the hostess. The main issues with this restaurant are the service. This could easily be fixed with some staff training. The overall attitude seems to be one of, “Well, if you don’t like our business, there are plenty more people who will come in.” The only reason I can see that this business is still open is because it is really the only restaurant close to Joint base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. They are basically shooting fish in a barrel. Yeah, I’ll probably wind up going back, but begrudgingly, and without my family.
Bruno Mars concert @ Aloha Stadium. Was glad to get in. Bar & restaurant were extremely busy but, we still had a good time. Live band kicked off an absolutely fabulous night for us. Brians sister came in from Santa Cruz just for the concert & was thrilled with Restaurant 604. Thanks guys. We'll be back
This bar & restaurant is open to the public & not just to the military. We eat here every Saturday before going to UH games at Aloha Stadium. The food is yummy. Whether you eat pupus, lunch or dinner, it’s all good. My opinion on what to order: drink: coco jito. It’s a mojito with coconut milk plus a pineapple cream top. Lunch: the chicken sandwich & the 1/2 burger are tops. Both served with fries. Dinner: the spaghetti carbonara is the best pasta dish ever. Great loco moco too. Pupus: spicy fries, coconut shrimp, kalua nachos, puleu steak. All great choices. But the star of 604 is their staff. From management to waitstaff to bus boys, stellar service. The views are beautiful, the games are on TVs near the bar or check out the band. This place is a gem!
I had the Green Salad and it was delicious and very reasonably priced.
The 1/2 burger served with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions & bacon (get it with avocado too), was delicious. The burger itself was well seasoned. But be prepared because it’s a lot of meat. The thick fries are yummy. Ask for a serving of mac salad & share it with a friend. It’s made local style & is delicious. The chicken sandwich is good too. Our server (I cannot remember her name but has very long hair) was so sweet, kind & funny. Despite the restaurant being packed, she was attentive.
The pupus (apps) here are good too. Happy hour is from 3-5 & they only serve apps & drinks during that time. Lots of apps selection. The coconut shrimp & pupu steak are both good choices.
Sunday morning as a very lively place up this restaurant. Our waitress was friendly and bubbly and very accommodating. On Sundays they offer the brunch menu and the lunch menu so you can get breakfast or lunch which was a big plus. We have the special of the day which was Kalbi with eggs and rice and kimchi! Yum
Our waitress was wonderful!!!
We always enjoy coming to 604. We have 3 young children and they always enjoy seeing the boats and all of the live music during dinner. The food is always what we desire and the service is never disappointing!
The restaurant was busy with folks going to the University of Hawaii vs. Navy game. Lots of people from both sides eating & drinking. The bar was standing room only. I was so glad I made reservations via Open Table as there were six of us. The grilled chicken sandwich with fries was delicious. The bun was fresh which is often a problem with sandwiches & burgers. The seafood sandwich though was weird. It looked like it was soaked in chowder. Our waitress was wonderful. Friendly & cheerful. The servers were awesome as well. This place is at a great location but it’s noisy so be aware. I wish they served lunch until at least four with dinner overlapping at 4-10pm. If you get there after 3, you are stuck in the twilight zone of pupus only until dinner is served at 5. Pupus are just ok.
Happened to stroll across this little gem overlooking Aiea Bay and Pearl Harbor. Food was terrific and the staff was amazing! Loved the authentic island dishes and had one of their incredible known-for bloody mary's as well.
Well worth the time to seek this one out!
Front desk did not see my reservation , very upset! Had to show them my email, and then they found our rsvp. Other than that, food was great , big portion. But it was very loud. Lol
Outstanding customer service! Thank you Chelsea for accommodating us. Will definitely come back to try "Hawaii's Best Bloody Mary"
Great restaurant! Live music starts at 5pm everyday thought so they might wanna fix their website. Showed up at 230 thinking show was at 4.
Great place for brunch!
Excellent service. Food was excellent. Enjoyed our luncheon
The pork was overcooked but overall the dining experience was good. I took my friend and she loved it and was going back that evening.
Find ways decent, not great. Service was nice but very slow.
Great service and atmosphere. Ahi was awesome.
Must be able to climb quite a lot of stairs. View was great, however. I had the Ahi Club which was excellent.
It’s was an ok outing but food really fell short overall. I guess I should take into consideration it’s more like “bar” food. Still didn’t live up to the hype and good reviews I’ve heard. The drinks were good so I thought maybe most of the customers are crocked so they don’t notice the food .
Energetic and fun atmosphere. We visited this restaurant as our first experience with American foods. The volume was huge, but we intended to get overwhelmed, so it was enjoyable. Good view with Pearl Harbor. Ordered 5 different dishes and one came out differently with a wrong sauce on pasta. But other than that, service was great. Nice place to have beer with foods.
Nice view of Pearl Harbor and breezy cool winds. Service was outstanding. Good was good. Burgers are good. Need to try dinner they have Ribeyes and good stuff.
Pls be aware that reservations don’t totally apply here. Making a reservation puts you on the “call ahead” list. This means when you arrive you can move up the waitlist much more quickly . But staff is super polite and view is great while you wait. We waited maybe 10 minutes for a lunch”reservation”. Food is ok. You are there for the open air and view anyway
Great staff, beautiful view, good food and drinks
Friendly/great service and wonderful setting! Loved our waitress and ambience. A little noisy.
Nice location and atmosphere. Takes awhile for your food to come. My fish was over cooked but portions are big
Waited 45 + minutes to be seated, regardless of my making reservations. Don't think restaurant really ready for buffet- especially a Mother's Day one. I'd try going back to experience the restaurant at it's usual ambiance. The buffet food was cold-ish.
Ma’ikai excellent and superb lunch. Great menu variety and onolicious kaukau. View was soothing and very relaxing. The service was better than great. Only one unsat issue. No elevator for diabled or handicap. My 90 yo aunt had great difficulty getting up and down the 2 flights of stairs. Otherwise, nice experience.
We visited this restaurant when they 1st opened. The service was bad, food wasn't prepared well & the wait was just under an hour from the time our order was taken until being served.
This restaurant redeemed themselves with today's experiance! We got our table 10min before our reserved time. Service was awesome from the bar to our table! Our order was taken & served in a timely manner. Our server was on point with her excellent service. Will definitely vsiit 604 again!!!
Always love eating there. Great wait staff, very attentive and professional. Brunch food was awesome. The hostess however wasn't very friendly and welcoming, kinda cold.
