    We had shrimp and grits and both enjoyed thoroughly. The shrimp were cooked to perfection and the presentation first class. And the bread...oh the bread. Only suggestion would be that the butter be taken from fridge a little sooner. Always a treat that Chef Farr checks on his patrons and David was a perfect waiter.

    I cancelled reservation for tomorrow not bec I was unhappy with this day but bec lunch mate has decided to "shelter in place" while covid cases continue to rise. Turkey and quac sandwich was great - roll particularly interesting and delicious.

    We had our Anniversary there. It was over the top DELIGHTFUL! We were spoiled beyond belief, and the flavors were a true, extraordinary delight(the specials) . We are occasional patrons (have dined at many very fine locations). Will be back often.

    The service was excellent. Tony was our waiter for lunch. The food was very good portions for large. The cook came out and asked if everything was fine. Since the portions were so large I had asked for a to go box. As we were exiting the restaurant I put my food down on the corner table so I could use the restroom. We left and I forgot my food. We walked around town and I realized I had forgotten my food. Went back in and they were kind enough to put it in the refrigerator with the anticipation of me coming back. I was very impressed.

    We dine at fine dining restaurants throughout the world. This was one of the best meals I have had in years. Loved the casual atmosphere. Food and service were on point. We had lobster bisque, shrimp pasta and barbecue salmon. Exquisite. Chef Farr came out and chatted with us, and it is very evident he loves what he is doing, and his experience in the top kitchens in Charleston were evident as well. Great food in a cool, mid casual atmosphere. Don’t miss this.

    This place was utterly disappointing. The “vibe” was very deceiving. Nice decor, white table cloth, And Spotify violin station playing. The service had much to be desired. Our server was not very knowledgeable of the menu. He Got 2 of the specials completely wrong and not very descriptive. The food: The fried green tomatoes were room temperature and the pimiento cheese was very dry. French onion soup was very basic lacked flavor. The short rib and NY strip was cooked nicely but the Demi glacé was tasteless I’ve had better out of a jar at home. The spinach was over cooked and bitter. The best thing on the plate was garlic mash potatoes. I’ll probably not got back. It try’s to look upscale when it’s just basic cuisine. Not worth the price tag. I put on the reservation we were celebrating a Birthday and they didn’t even acknowledge it.

    The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because anchovies in the Caesar salad dressing should be optional. Great meal otherwise!!

    This was our first time at this restaurant, and we will definitely go again. The food was outstanding! Loved the quaint dining experience. My grown children were very impressed! You won't be disappointed!

    Lunch with 6 adults - one was a birthday. Excellent lunch (love the napkin folds!). Just great in every way? Why would anyone go to the “other” fine dining restaurant in Anderson? THIS is it!

    Menu was very limited and pricey. My wife had the chicken pot pie which came in an aluminum dish and looked like one you could purchase at Ingles and pop into an oven to warm up - but it was $25 ! Restaurant is very nice and service excellent

    We were there to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We could not have been more pleased. It was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and the service was great. We highly recommend Restaurant 151!

    My husband treated me to a "no cook day" and Restaurant 151 at the Bleckley was just what I needed!!!! Our entire experience was just right.....the room is relaxing, our server, Katy, was excellent, and the food was very good!

    Second visit to 151. Enjoy the relaxing entrance through the hotel ‘living room’ and the open spread out nature of the restaurant. We had 3 very delicious chef touched meals - steak, pasta, and scallops. Vegetables and sauces were wonderful. Be sure to try the amazing Caesar salad. My wife and I split the spaghetti squash salad and it was also so so tasty although actually a little heavy for a salad.

    Excellent place with very good food & service! We decided on this place while visiting my daughter in college. The place was very nice with a lot of history. Our waiter knew his stuff and was very attentive to our needs. The food was excellent. We would definitely go here again. The added touch was the chef personally coming out to greet the guests and see how things were.
