   Rented a daybed on a Sunday. Wonderful experience. The cabana/bar staff are fantastic! We chose the rollups for our food item and they were great, large variety and tasty. Great experience, this is our second time renting a daybed and won't hesitate for future visits!

   Rented a day bed for a day at the pool and it did not disappoint! Had just enough shade when the sun was too hot to tan and the day bed was very relaxing. Jason was super nice and accommodating. He was very respectful and friendly, and took care of us all day long. Can’t say enough nice things about him and his service. Highly recommend for families.

   Great service from Jason. The cabana was nice and comfortable. The food was ok but it’s The Orleans room service food so it’s whatever. It was a nice relaxing time though.

   Jason our bartender was amazing. He continuedly check on us for any services needed. He was very friendly and personable. Even when we saw him the next day in the Casino, he remember us and our names and greeted us. The Pinwheels we chose as our food idea, were out of this world good.

   The Orleans is my place to stay every trip and the pool is always a great experience! Jason was awesome and very accommodating! Very friendly and his service was outstanding!

   We had the absolute best time at the Orleans pool and day bed. Nancy and Jason went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. We can not wait to come back and do it again. Highly recommend getting a day bed and letting Nancy and Jason take care of you. They truly care and were so accommodating. Jason went and got us food and brought extra sauce and napkins. They checked on us multiple times and made sure our drinks were refilled. Thank you for such a fun experience.

   Nancy the pool bartender was amazing! Day bed rental was well worth it! Had a 10 month and a 4 year old it was a perfect spot and day!

    Was great except charged to wrong room by mistake as we had two and they treated me and my family like criminals. They upset my grandson so much he cried thinking they were taking me to jail. Once I called down to the front desk they handled it in less than 5 minutes. They need to train the security a lot better
