Reserve at Morgans on Madison Avenue is a modern take on the classic New York hotel bar and lounge, reminiscent of the golden age of craft cocktails and classic hospitality. Designed by renowned modernist S. Russell Groves, Reserve greets its guests with an 18-foot gallery of shimmering, reflective surfaces including a seven-foot tall brass chandelier and full height backlit glass walls of wire mesh that cast an inviting glow. The newly renovated space perfectly compliments the timeless design of Andree Putman - it is warm, yet minimal; combining classic oak-paneled walls with rich bronze accents to create an experience that is both grand and intimate. In the evening, Reserve transforms into an eclectic bar, specializing in brown liquors, aged and rare, with 120 varieties of Scotch, Whiskey and Bourbon and an inventive list of handcrafted cocktails highlighted by 216 versions of the "Old Fashioned", commonly known as the original cocktail.
